After a bicycle accident during my teenagehood, my upper left central incisor became non vital and the colour became a bit darker, compared to my upper right central incisor (the vital one). Don't put staff who can't communicate well in customer service. It's a loss, right? They can't explain things well, and chats are only read without responding to explanations. It's unprofessional; it's a waste to pay for a blue tick on WhatsApp if you don't know how to respond to customers.

I got my dental implants here. The doctor was informative and could explain things in English, too, as my husband's Indonesian is poor.
