A special thank-you to Dr. Andrés Felipe Alzate, the anesthesiologist who administered the laughing gas and genuinely provided comforting, compassionate support—he even held my hand during the procedure. That level of care matters. Dr. Arbeláez also went above and beyond—she met with me on a Saturday at a separate location where she teaches, just to make sure my sleep device was functioning properly before my flight. It turned out to be my misunderstanding and the device was fine, but she was patient, gracious, and incredibly kind. The entire process—from the very first contact—was seamless and easy. The staff was warm, attentive, and highly professional. And the cost? About one-third of what we would have paid in the U.S., without sacrificing quality in the slightest. Highly, highly recommend.
