I came to have gastric sleeve surgery and everything went perfectly. They provide an exceptional service. They pick you up from the airport and take you to the hotel, and the same when they take you to the clinic. The nurses and doctors are very professional and take care of you at all times.

I'm French and I'm from Cap d'Agde. I came to Turkey to have my teeth done at the International Plus Clinic, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! From the very first contact, everything was incredibly professional. I had my initial consultation with Melissa, my medical advisor, who was very kind, reassuring, and always available to answer all my questions. The organization was truly perfect: the price was very attractive, I had a driver for all my transportation needs, and the hotel was lovely and located right near the clinic, which was incredibly convenient. While there, I was also fortunate to have a very kind French translator, which allowed me to feel completely at ease. The dentist's assistant was also wonderful and very attentive throughout the entire treatment. My treatment was performed by Dr. Murat, an expert in cosmetic dentistry, who did a remarkable job. The result is very natural and exactly what I wanted. The entire team took excellent care of me, and the follow-up was very thorough and professional. Today, I'm thrilled with my new teeth, and I absolutely don't regret making this choice. A huge thank you to the entire team at International Plus Clinic for their professionalism, kindness, and support from beginning to end. I highly recommend this clinic! 👍

Formal Complaint I am writing to file a complaint regarding the way my entire process was handled by the clinic, as I believe there was a lack of clarity, transparency, and professionalism from the beginning. Firstly, when I started the process with the clinic, I was presented with a plan that included breast surgery, along with other procedures. However, only after I had already made the payment and completed all the medical examinations was I informed that breast surgery would not be possible after all. This information should have been communicated from the beginning, before any payment or examinations, so that I could make an informed decision. Furthermore, at no point was the individual cost of each procedure clearly explained to me. Only much later was the price of breast surgery indicated, after several requests on my part. I consider this lack of transparency regarding the costs to be neither correct nor professional. Another point that I consider extremely serious is the issue of the hotel. Initially, I was led to believe that the hotel was included in the package. However, they are now informing me that the hotel was not included and that this amount was deducted from the amount that will supposedly be reimbursed to me. This information was never clearly explained before. Furthermore, there was also a significant delay in communication from the team: - They took a considerable amount of time to inform me of the cost of the breast surgery. - They also took a long time to present the calculations of the amount that would be reimbursed to me. I also want to mention the situation of my supervisor/person responsible for my follow-up. I was told that I would have a person responsible for accompanying me throughout the entire process. However, this person was only with me on the first day. After that, they were never physically present again, having only spoken to me by phone. I consider this to demonstrate a lack of follow-up and a lack of professionalism, since I was promised follow-up that, in practice, did not happen. At this moment I am trying to resolve the situation by speaking with translators and other members of the team, but no one can solve the problem, as they always tell me that only the person responsible for my care can deal with the matter—even though that person isn't even present here. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially considering that I am in a foreign country and trusted the clinic's organization to guarantee a clear and professional process. Therefore, I request a clear, transparent explanation and a fair resolution to this situation, including a review of the amount to be reimbursed and all necessary clarifications regarding the costs that are currently being presented to me.
