I started exploring other options. I considered Budapest (£5,000), Poland (£7,000), but Turkey stood out, offering top-notch quality for just £3,000. I joined a few Facebook groups, including one with over 45,000 members dedicated to dental implants, where Th IDH in Antalya Turkey consistently came highly recommended. The meticulous work and remarkable value made it a clear winner for me. After reading countless reviews and seeing the praise for IDH’s extraordinary customer service and state-of-the-art dental technology, I felt reassured in my choice. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel special and completely supported. My four implants were done with very little pain, no swelling, and I returned four months later to have the crowns fitted. The care, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exactly what I wanted was evident at every stage. The entire experience was seamless, from the free accommodation and taxi transfers to the incredible professionalism of the team. A special thank you to Gokhan, my coordinator, who answered every single question I had and made all the travel arrangements effortless. Dr. Ali, Professor Dr. Süleyman, and the rest of the brilliant team were absolutely outstanding in their care and skill. I cannot recommend the International Dental Hospital enough for anyone considering dental work abroad. agony, and I honestly thought everyone had gone as it took so long for someone to come. This is dangerous practice as I could have choked on my own vomit or fallen. i was in a very bad way and IDH seemed to cared very little. I was told this shouldnt have happened but never got a proper apology. After I got back to UK, bone graft leaked out through my gum, i was in absolute agony, this got infected and IDH came across as uncaring and unhelpful. I have often been completely ignored by them. The temp teeth I was fitted with were terrible with sharp edges and I was in constant discomfort for 5 months and had to put brace wax in them to stop them cutting my mouth, again, IDH just didnt seem to care care. In my opinion from what I experienced I found IDH to be cold, unempathetic people who treated me badly. I was so scared to return there i had to go somewhere else to finish my treatment. I now have teeth and have been advised IDH messed up an area of the bone graft, which i knew as it wasnt healing so well and they could only do their best. I have advised IDH all the way of the issues and they havent even answered me half the time. They wont admit they have made mistakes even though I have had a conversation with their rep where she has admitted this. I trusted these people and they left me in a really bad way and didnt seem to care at all. They even offered a partial refund at one point and then went back on this. IDH carry out poor care and if you dare to complain, they treat you even more badly. DO NOT GO HERE. This is an honest account of what has happened to me. I include photos of how bad my face looked which I had no warning about. I include the photo of how I normally look, so it was pretty shocking to wake up like this. Patients should be told what to expect, I was told nothing. I include the bone graft leak, this cut into my tongue and got infected, I had to attend A & E I also include the admission that I shouldnt have been left alone and this was their mistake. IDH have since denied this happened at all. I have advised IDH and Mr Suleyman of everything I have stated, they stand by everything they did!!

e received an immediate response from Mila after a consultation with Dr Suleyman who gave us extreme confidence to travel at the end of August 2022. We were in a dire situation to get dental treatment and all coordination was initially for only for my wife who was in really emergency situation. In Ireland her dental treatment was taking months during the covid pandemic with no real evidence of progress and yet she paying a huge amount of money for bone grafting to get her implants but there was no bone improvement and she went from bad to worse until we made the decision to search for treatment in Turkey. We could go to a different dental clinic in Antalya or Izmir but we did not receive in our judgement the answer we wanted to hear. Almost all dental clinics were recommending the entire removal of teeth and replacing them with implants. Dr Suleyman gave us from the beginning the answer that we were looking for, without hesitation he told us that in his clinic they try to save your original teeth if it's worth saving them. We felt that we were dealing with an ethical professional and we did not waste more time and we decided to go to Doctor Suleyman Dental Hospital in Antalya. The facility is well equipped with state of the art high class scanning systems and they have all modern dental instruments and the comfort available in their multiple rooms hospital so they did assessment of our dental problems and they provided us with solutions. Special thanks to the team of doctors who worked together in our treatment plan, especially doctor Oğuzhan GÜRLER and Doctor Gökhan CENGİZ as well other young doctors and nurses. And a Big thank you to Yulia the coordinator & translation assistance. Yulia is really extraordinary there are no other words to describe her dedication. She listens well to your concerns, then immediately translates it to and from the doctors back to you, nothing escapes her attention to detail. She took care or our needs when we needed something at the apart hotel or when we needed to go to the local pharmacy to buy us medicaments even surprised us with a present as a gesture of friendship. We are impressed with the service provided to us and for this reason we give you eternal thanks and best wishes because you are a first class institution.
