From my very first day walking into IDH I was greeted by the very happy and friendly Gokhan,who went out of his way to make my visits as happy and friendly as possible. He was with me from start to finish on both my trips throughout the year. He introduced me to my team who would be doing my treatment etc.i was treated with utmost respect and treated very kindly by all the staff at IDH. I just wish I'd made the journey for my treatment a few years earlier. Finally I met Gokhan a total stranger,but hope I am leaving him as a good friend. I spent over a year researching where to get my dental work done, and I can confidently say that choosing the International Dental Hospital (IDH) in Antalya, headed by Professor Dr. Süleyman, was the best decision I could have made! I needed four implants and six crowns, and after being quoted over £10,000 in the UK, I started exploring other options. I considered Budapest (£5,000), Poland (£7,000), but Turkey stood out, offering top-notch quality for just £3,000. I joined a few Facebook groups, including one with over 45,000 members dedicated to dental implants, where Th IDH in Antalya Turkey consistently came highly recommended. The meticulous work and remarkable value made it a clear winner for me. After reading countless reviews and seeing the praise for IDH’s extraordinary customer service and state-of-the-art dental technology, I felt reassured in my choice. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel special and completely supported. My four implants were done with very little pain, no swelling, and I returned four months later to have the crowns fitted. The care, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exactly what I wanted was evident at every stage. The entire experience was seamless, from the free accommodation and taxi transfers to the incredible professionalism of the team. This is my review regarding my dental treatment at IDH International in Antalya, Turkey. Initially, I believed my dental issue was unsolvable, but fortunately, I discovered this outstanding clinic. They restored my smile and confidence, which I had not experienced for a long time. I received 11 dental implants and 24 zirconia crowns. I am genuinely delighted with the results. Dr. Suleyman and his team are highly professional and take exceptional care of their patients from beginning to end. I also highly recommend Ms. Derya, my coordinator. She is amazing, and we are in good hands under her guidance throughout every stage of the treatment. I will never forget them, as they now hold a special place in my heart. Thank you all very much. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Suleyman Mert, his assistant-translator Lyudmila, and the entire team of the clinic. Professionalism, organization and a very sensitive and cordial approach to each client. My husband and I had prosthetics for a year, my husband came for treatment 3 times during the year, and I came 2 times. The story was not quick and each time the attitude of the doctor and his team was impeccable. Came from the US! Amazing place to get work done. Staff is very nice and friendly and Derya is so nice and awesome to communicate with. IDH offers a hotel 20 feet from their hospital. We stayed there then went to another hotel by the beach to relax and they shuttled us from that hotel back to the hospital. They will arrange a car from the airport as well. The best thing is they make you feel like family. The owner, head dentist, signs off on every procedure. The dentist are very open and ask each other advice which shows they actually care

absolutely amazing, from the care given to the work done, they can not do enough for you here. I am over the moon with my result. all staff are friendly, caring and helpful and go above an beyond to give you a great first class professional service. My review is based on my own experience of this clinic. My advice would be to avoid this place at any cost. Firstly, after 3 hours of surgery under a general anaesthetic, i was left in a room to come round on my own, i wasnt monitored, I had to get up when I could barely walk and shout and bang on the door to get someones attention. I was terrified as I was alone in a foreign country, in complete agony, and I honestly thought everyone had gone as it took so long for someone to come. This is dangerous practice as I could have choked on my own vomit or fallen. i was in a very bad way and IDH seemed to cared very little. I was told this shouldnt have happened but never got a proper apology. After I got back to UK, bone graft leaked out through my gum, i was in absolute agony, this got infected and IDH came across as uncaring and unhelpful. I have often been completely ignored by them. The temp teeth I was fitted with were terrible with sharp edges and I was in constant discomfort for 5 months and had to put brace wax in them to stop them cutting my mouth, again, IDH just didnt seem to care care. In my opinion from what I experienced I found IDH to be cold, unempathetic people who treated me badly. I was so scared to return there i had to go somewhere else to finish my treatment. I now have teeth and have been advised IDH messed up an area of the bone graft, which i knew as it wasnt healing so well and they could only do their best. I have advised IDH all the way of the issues and they havent even answered me half the time. They wont admit they have made mistakes even though I have had a conversation with their rep where she has admitted this. I trusted these people and they left me in a really bad way and didnt seem to care at all. They even offered a partial refund at one point and then went back on this. IDH carry out poor care and if you dare to complain, they treat you even more badly. DO NOT GO HERE. This is an honest account of what has happened to me. I include photos of how bad my face looked which I had no warning about. I include the photo of how I normally look, so it was pretty shocking to wake up like this. Patients should be told what to expect, I was told nothing. I include the bone graft leak, this cut into my tongue and got infected, I had to attend A & E I also include the admission that I shouldnt have been left alone and this was their mistake. IDH have since denied this happened at all. I have advised IDH and Mr Suleyman of everything I have stated, they stand by everything they did!!
