I was very satisfied with the service from Dr. Leonardo. He is a very attentive professional. Although I have "so far" only had my teeth cleaned and whitened, I intend to continue my follow-up with him. I recommend him!
I was very pleased with the service. From the receptionist, who welcomes you very well, to the dentist who performs the work quickly and efficiently.

Extremely dissatisfied: disorganization, total disregard, and embarrassment with dentist Leonardo Silva and his secretary. But to my surprise, when I was already lying in the dental chair, Leonardo told me that I wasn't on his schedule, that there had been a mistake, and that he wouldn't see me due to quotas. He said his secretary must have made a mistake, but my name wasn't on his schedule; it was someone else's. Very upset and embarrassed by the situation, I tried to understand, despite the inconvenience of going there, and accepted that he rescheduled for a later date. That's when he himself, in front of his computer, scheduled it for a month later, on August 28th at 11:30 AM. Leonardo himself scheduled it and even apologized for the situation, blaming his secretary for the mistake. Well, on August 27th (one day before), his secretary contacted me via WhatsApp and said that there were no more slots available for Ipsemg and that my appointment would be canceled. Can you believe it? Twice? The same mistake? The same lack of respect? This clinic demonstrates total disorganization and unpreparedness in customer service. Such a small clinic, with only two dentists, and it can't even manage its schedule! Disappointment! And I even considered private orthodontic treatment with Leonardo, but scheduling a maintenance appointment this way must be impossible! In short, I don't recommend it. There are other affiliated clinics that are more organized and respect patients regardless of their insurance coverage. And from what I've read in the reviews here, there have been several complaints.

To our surprise, the report provided only mentioned that she was RECOMMENDED to have a root canal, without any description of the procedures that were actually performed. I questioned the lack of information and, in an attempt to help, sent a more complete report template found online as a reference. The response I received was extremely inadequate: I was informed that there is no obligation to provide any report, and that if I wanted one, I should write the report myself and simply send it for signature. This is unacceptable. Any professional is expected to be responsible in documenting the care provided. How could I, a layperson in the field, write a technical report without knowledge of the procedures performed? What if I make a mistake in providing information? Who will be held responsible? Furthermore, the initial report was signed by a professional who didn't even have contact with my mother, which makes the situation even worse. How can someone sign a technical document without having participated in the care? When I mentioned that I would seek legal means to guarantee my mother's right to access her medical records and treatment report, I was accused of making threats. I emphasize that there was no threatening tone whatsoever, only the statement that, if necessary, we will take legal action to guarantee what is rightfully hers. I consider what happened a disrespect to the patient and to professional ethics, and I am leaving this record so that other patients are aware of how we were treated.
