I made an appointment for a simple cleaning through Ipsemg using the available quota. Two days before the appointment, they called me to cancel, informing me that the quotas had run out. How could they have run out if there was a quota available at the time of booking? I found this absurd and quite disrespectful!
Terrible service and disregard. I scheduled a cleaning with them through IPSEMG in mid-July, with an appointment for August 17th (TOMORROW). Today, a woman called me from there, saying that the quota through IPSEMG had run out and that I could only reschedule for September 20th, claiming that the quotas ran out because they are "value quotas". I've never heard of anything like 'value' and in my opinion it was just a ploy to avoid attending. They probably put a private client on my day and then couldn't do anything else but cancel my appointment. How come this wasn't mentioned on the day I scheduled the cleaning?? And how come they call me ONE DAY BEFORE to tell me this??? There's no way the quota could run out if I was already scheduled!! I've been waiting for a month, for nothing. Terrible company and I don't recommend it to anyone!
