nd accommodating, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the first contact. The team manager, Maja Burow, also showed a high level of professionalism and care for the patients. Assistant Karla was so professional, kind and accommodating that I held her hand the whole time – thank you for that! The entire staff of the clinic is extremely professional, accommodating and kind, which further contributes to the feeling of trust and security. The atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant, and all the details are carefully organized, which makes the experience extremely positive. I had a problem with a crown while on vacation. I called and got a quick appointment. They speak German, and the dentist is from Berlin. It's a great, modern practice. My dental problem was resolved perfectly. If it weren't so complicated traveling from the island of Brac and the treatment time wasn't so long, I would have had him do everything. Very poor service. Instead of having a policy of keeping clients coming back for years, they only care about short-term profits. When I came for a check-up, they told me that I had 10 teeth that needed to be fixed and that my previous dentist was bad and that I had to change him. After that, I went for a second opinion and realized that I had been scammed and that the doctor was most likely drilling into my healthy teeth. Now I see that there are more similar reviews and if I had read them, this might not have happened to me. However, considering that the clinic has over 300 reviews (which I don't often see with dental offices), I can only assume that these are paid reviews.
