By chance I learned that Martinko was in Trieste where I live. I had my first visit in Trieste where I immediately noticed everyone's professionalism, seriousness, and great courtesy. Good morning to those who read my experience with the Martinko dental practice. I returned for a problem following the already definitive implant and with great professionalism from the reception to the clinics in no time it was resolved. Disappointed and dissatisfied! For 35 years, I've had a gold-and-ceramic denture that was cut to repair a tooth. I decide to have it redone in zirconium. recommended to me earlier. Anyway, they schedule me an appointment in Quartu near Cagliari, where they do a panoramic x-ray, and I soon receive the quote from Zagreb. It was significantly lower than the one my dentist friend gave me, who had already done the previous one 35 years ago. We arrange an appointment with the Zagreb Center to have the old one removed and the new one replaced in zirconium!!! Everything is resolved in a week. I decline the free hotel and transportation offered by the Center and arrive at the Martinko Implant Center on Monday! At the Center, I had another panoramic scan, and they also did a CT scan of a tooth and told me it couldn't be saved and would have to be extracted, which would have meant postponing my dental implant replacement for a few months! I was in a bind; I'd already paid for the hotel, rental car, and flight, so I decided to have the tooth extracted and return in a few months to finish the job by replacing the temporary implant with a permanent zirconium one. I had to return and stay another week in Zagreb! Months passed, and after the extraction wound had healed, I scheduled another visit, flew, drove, booked a hotel, and arrived back in Zagreb. On Monday, I showed up at the Martinko Center and was told that three teeth were missing from the extraction, and they strongly advised against a zirconium implant and suggested a metal and ceramic one! Like the one that lasted me 35 years? But I came here to get a zirconium implant! If you want it, they suggest, you need to put in a pin and come back to finish the job in a few months!!! Oh no!!! Back to Zagreb? With a flight, car, hotel, and another week in Zagreb?... but in the end, what's the point? I'll opt for the metal-ceramic implant they're offering and let's put an end to this dental tourism. What's the mistake? I know. Best regards

Very unhappy, they told me that they made devices, in the end it's not, they only use Mister Smail where you can also order them online, in the end I decide to do it in Milan, moral of the story, I spent 500 euros on a flight for nothing and mostly in Italy they had told my father that they made devices, there is a huge misunderstanding and incorrectness, I do not recommend the structure

€200 for laser teeth whitening before the wedding when in the end it's a felony, no apology, just like not everyone is accepted and they tell me that afterwards. Terrible disappointment in unprofessionalism!

I also decided to have two implants installed, and subsequently my wife did the same. These last procedures took place between the end of last year and this summer. Meanwhile, Martinko's office has moved to a much nicer and more well-maintained location, but I noticed the staff's behavior was decidedly unprofessional. For the first appointment, which took place on December 21st, my wife and I slept in an apartment next to the clinic, and when we left, we realized we had forgotten some items, including a very expensive razor. We immediately called the office, who confirmed that they had found and kept everything that had been found. So we agreed that we'd get everything at the next appointment. I was very happy and happy. When the appointment day arrived, I explained what had happened, and the secretary was shocked, telling me she didn't know anything and would ask another manager. The bottom line was that they didn't give us anything back, and as if that weren't enough, we were treated in a shoddy and unprofessional manner. Disappointed by the decline in professionalism, especially considering that the prices are now almost on par with Italian ones.
