My experience was NEGATIVE. NOT RECOMMENDED. OVERLY EXPENSIVE PRICES FOR TWO IMPLANTS AND THREE CROWNS. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF โฌ2,850, barring any unforeseen circumstances, which I obviously also paid for. X-rays, CT scans... TRAVEL AND HOTELS IN ZAGREB AT MY EXPENSE. DOCTOR MARTNKO "SELLS HOT AIR"โin short, for a few hours of work, inserting two implants takes half an hour at most, he takes three or four days. The same goes for crowns; a three-crown bridge would have cost me โฌ5,000 or โฌ5,000. IN ITALY THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF โฌ1,850.

I had an unforgettable experience with the doctors and staff at Dr. Martinko's center. In the first phase they fitted my temporary denture with a hole as big as half a tooth. The doctor who fitted the dentures told me that everything was perfect with a smile on his face at all times. The same doctor filled the nine holes of the implant, after two days five of the nine fillings fell out. When I called to ask for clarification I was told that they didn't understand technical things and right after I sent them the picture of the hole in the denture they told me in all serenity that it was just the temporary denture and to trust that the final denture would be perfect. They didn't apologize and after making it clear that it was their mistake they decided to give me a discount. Quote: "We can give you a discount but don't expect a large amount", I declined the offer for the disrespect shown to someone who paid over 16,000 euros. When I went to have my permanent denture fitted they managed to lose a nut and fitted my intermediate denture without that nut consequently that intermediate denture broke while I was eating at the restaurant. When I asked for clarification I was told that there is a reason and that the doctor knows why they didn't fit that nut, that's all and nothing more. On the final prosthesis there is a difference in touch, the left side touches first and the right side does not touch at all, I noticed this immediately and after the doctor had been piling about 30 minutes failed to solve the problem.

I became a patient at the clinic in March 2025. My initial situation was extremely critical: although my lower jaw was fairly regular, my upper jaw was the complete opposite. In addition to the functional problems they caused, my teeth didn't reflect my personality, being particularly unsightly and with several overlapping teeth. Driven by the desire to smile with peace of mind and by the concern of finding a reputable professional with an acceptable fee, I turned to Dr. Martinko's clinic. My initial apprehension was based on two factors: the sensitivity of a "revolutionary" procedure on my smile, and the plausible language barrier (due to having to travel abroad for the procedure). I have never been happier to be proven wrong! The procedure took place in two phases. In the first (in October 2024), the necessary tests were performed, and at the end of the session, I was able to return to my apartment with a completely different smile that, although temporary, had transformed me in a positive way. In the second (in March 2025), I returned to stabilize the surgery: everything was perfect. The medical staff was professional and courteous, starting from the reception and every aspect of the welcome, down to the smallest detail. I also didn't feel the language barrier: the staff spoke fluent Italian, and I had no communication difficulties. A special mention goes to Dr. Tino, who personally handled my case from start to finish.

Please note, I had a major procedure at their affiliated practice in Serbia 7 years ago. Unfortunately, due to their reckless decision to leave teeth exposed for root canal treatment, I had serious problems with infections that spread to all the surrounding teeth, causing necrosis, abscesses, and cysts. After several unanswered emails and postings on social media, I received a reply telling me that the Serbian practice is no longer affiliated with them, so there's nothing they can do if I contact them in Serbia. (Not even an attempt at conciliation to cover some costs at their other practices, nothing.) A brand, especially one operating as a franchise, should guarantee quality and not wash its hands of the situation at the first sign of trouble! I finally found a dental practice in Italy with which I'm trying to resolve the issues. After all, you might think you'll save money by choosing low-cost practices abroad, but always remember that low cost = low quality!
