Came to JB and drop by to have my teeth cleaned. Came for scaling and polishing, Dr Sam gave wonderful advise on how to care for them. Gave wonderful service. Easy to deal with, precise and attentive service given by doctors and their team with professional care in this clinic. with affordable price they will advise on what best treatment is suitable. for sure will be back.
I'm from Singapore and we're on a trip in jb and my son fell on the stairs and hit his mouth so I b brought him here to check his teeth. Dr Lee was very patient and gentle and tried many ways to coax my son. The reception staff were very welcoming and I got an appointment immediately and went down in 20 min. When we left they even gave us mini tubes of tooth paste as a free gift. Very good!!

Dr Bok is very detailed and caring while attending to me. She listened to my dental issues and acted professionally. Their equipments are advanced and service is excellent.

Yesterday, we did a last-minute walk-in, and from the front desk staff to the dentist and dental assistant, everyone made my five-year-old child feel very welcome and comfortable. g the cleaning, my child still felt completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The dentist also shared her professional advice very thoroughly, which made me feel very reassured and confident as a parent. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for both my child and me.
My first time coming here and the service is super good. Very clear explanation on my tooth condition and can advise me for further possibilities. Thanks for the good service and the staff are also very kind and nice.
Trash. Prepare to live in pain if your doctor on leave, they don’t care. Think twice before consulting

I’m updating my review. While my own scaling and polishing procedure was satisfactory, my partner’s second appointment was less ideal. The original appointment was scheduled for 5pm, but we were informed of a delay and asked to shift to 5.50pm. As we had another appointment later, we agreed on 5.30pm, only to be informed at the last minute that we could come in at the original 5pm slot after…

all. I don’t particularly mind the back and forth on appointment changes — but the entire experience felt extremely rushed, maybe because the clinic is rushing to close. My partner’s teeth required multiple fillings, and the dentist performed only a quick clean before asking us to return another day, leaving a noticeable hole in the front teeth. 1) It’s definitely not convenient for us to make multiple trips for “half done jobs” given we are not based in JB 2) This was especially concerning with CNY approaching. We asked if the dentist could at least proceed with filling the front teeth during the same visit, but were told by the receptionist that “it doesn’t work that way.” While I understand that completing all fillings may require more time, we were only requesting that the front teeth be addressed, which was declined. Honestly have never come across a dentist which asked for filling to be done on a separate trip, especially that we were only asking for 1/2 to be filled. We eventually went to another nearby dentist instead who were able to take us in on the spot and fixed the teeth swiftly. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

f her delicate and professional team, my overall treatment has been handled very smoothly from root canal, to extraction, and the upcoming temporary denture and implant plan. I truly felt I was in safe hands the entire time. Best to book in advance for any treatments or consultation.
