The entire session was chill and doc lee was patient and nice
A pleasant, pain-free & trauma-free experience. I made ky next appointment on my way out. Takes me forever to make a dentist appt. Buy Dr Sam was incredibly comforting.

Friendly counter staff and easy appointment booking. Dr Lee was professional, gentle, and patient, taking time to explain what to take note of and being very attentive, especially when I experienced sensitivity after whitening. The nurse was also kind and reassuring. Definitely will come back!

The service was extremely disappointing. My girlfriend had her aligners done at this clinic, but the size did not match her teeth. The aligners felt overly tight even after wearing them, and the new set they made was still the same. The doctor kept insisting that “new aligners are supposed to be tight and will get better after wearing them for a while.” After a few months, we decided to seek a…

a second opinion at another clinic. The dentist there confirmed that the aligners were far too tight, which caused permanent gum recession. It cannot be fully treated — only managed and controlled. Now, drinking either cold or hot water causes gum pain and discomfort. We will never return to this clinic again. Truly disappointing and unacceptable.
