I have been to IDC twice. Originally I was not happy with the experience as there was a bit of a miscommunication but IDC was quick to solve the problem and take care of me as a patient. I would reccomend going here. The facitlity is very clean and the staff are very nice. However do take care to make sure you and the dental team are on the same page.
Came by for the professional teeth-cleaning and was happy with this place. They offered my an appointment the same day I asked and the staff was super friendly.

Very competent dentist despite his young age and very gentle. Techniques identical to those used in France. Prices are decent, especially for Phuket. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, very professional staff. I did a teeth cleaning and caries treatment. Everything was at the highest level. I recommend this clinic. Thanks to them all!

I always try to avoid these scammy companies that want to charge 3% to use visa. It's a blatant violation of your visa agreement shame on you.

Firtly, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. We understand and are considerate of what our clients are getting frustrated because of 3% charged on top when using the credit cards especially foreign cards. Currently we need to be responsible for the bank fee which is approximately 3% and most of the time is higher than this rate and we have not risen up the treatment prices. As a result, the income we received have not met the cost and expenses balance that we have been facing for many years. Therefore, we request the customers to pay by cash or transfer if they would not like to be added another 3% credit card charge. We really regret that we have to take this policy. Hope this is reasonable and wish you a nice smile.
Dr. Toey and her excellent team are the best. My family and I have been coming to IDC for over 6 years now. The clinic is in a prime location, very clean and spacious. Equipment are new and material are top grade. Excellent service and staff are sweet. Highly recommended.
I had the understanding that it was 1000 baht for a teeth clean. However, it cost 1500 baht. After completing the service they said it ranges between 1000 and 2000. So in other words they can make up the prices as they go along. Some people may be cool with that. I have had good teeth cleans for 800 baht here, definitely on the same level or better than this place.

phenomenal and she was incredibly kind. She let me know what was happening at all times. I received my nightguard/splint at the next appointment where she spent over an hour getting it perfect for me. She listened to all my thoughts and the appliance is beautifully crafted. The cost for the appliance and 3 follow up appointments is beyond fair. I fully recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

The dentist wasn’t really good while cleaning my teeth he ripped the bottom of my tongue with his machine it’s been nearly a week and my tongue is sore and swollen and they still charged me

I had an overall good experience at this clinic. Front office staff are very professional and helpful. The doctor was very kind and receptive when I expressed my previous experiences at dentist offices and trauma. A very nice and clean clinic. Making an appointment was straightforward and very quick. The treatment was professional and pleasant. The price was still reasonable overall, but on the higher end compared to other Thai clinics. Nevertheless, highly recommended!
