I got braces done here last year, I was interested because there was a promo price. But from the beginning the waiting time was crazy slow. I had to wait 1-2 hours, no one informed of the delay. Then when I made my appointment one month before , they just said okay and book . but a day before my appointment they asked me to come early at 4pm cause dr free only that time. why a sudden ? i asked for…

an appointment at 6, then i need to come at 4.30 because there were other patients? Don't you know how to arrange appointment if there was already a patient in that slot? I paid full, but you guys make my appointment like its not important . Then I paid 600 for scalling combo 6x session during the braces period, suddenly they said it was finished. Even though I felt like i only do scalling 1/2 times. i wore braces like one year , does it make sense i use the whole package within a year ?? isnt it should be 3-6 months do scalling ?? I've seen other patients review the same thing! Same problem. then doctor didnt say the detail of the treatment every month what he do and so all. don't talk about the waiting time. i always had to wait at least half an hour to 1++ hour everytime my appointment which i already adapt about that issue cause its been a year already . not only that ,I wanted to book an appointment at 6 o'clock but they said no slot . Then they booked mine @ 5 oclock , but when I got there , on 6.30 pm only i got to do my treatment . What a waste of time! at least u should ask doctor how many times more and inform patient ! i have been so patient with u guys since day one but this is what i got in return . i just hope my braces journey here will end soon . please improve everything .. this is honest review that i kept 😮💨

My first experience getting braces at I-Sihat Dental Care Bukit Indah was very pleasant. The dentist was gentle, the staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
