First time coming here cause of my sister who said this clinic is good. The service by the dr(i fogot to get her name) regarding the braces package and what to look out for and the process was very thorough. The staff from the counter and the dentist assist was very nice and patience.

so far the service has not disappointed. In terms of the doctor, he is very good and not too rude during the treatment. As for the sister at the counter, she is very friendly and still serves even though the appointment date changes frequently.

Every time I have to wait for an appointment for almost an hour for them to call me, the service is really, really bad. If you can't wait, don't go to this clinic.

I made my appointment 615pm. I arrived 550pm. I only get to see doctor on 710pm. I was informed by the nurse that I am the next patient upon registration. The next patient lasted for 1 hour plus waiting. If the waiting time is estimated to be long, the nurse should have informed to form the right expectation.
Consult doctor for braces and i had a great experience the dentist explained to me well and pointed out my issue.
