do an x-ray before the final fixing which I’m about to do in the next appointment. Everything went smoothly, clinic was clean, the whole team is welcoming. So far overall experience even when I’m scared to go to the dentist I find it comfortable going into I-Sihat dental Bukit Indah.

Just got my braces here and honestly the service is the best. The doctor is cool, gentle, and explains everything properly so I'm not blurry at all. Feel comfortable as long as you do the braces. by grinding the tooth surface. However, this has now left a visible grinding mark on my tooth, which looks even worse than before. I trusted your clinic to improve the appearance of my teeth, but the final result is very unsatisfactory and upsetting.

I had my braces debond 1 week ago. First of all, I was disappointed with the debonding result. I did not want to remove the braces yet because one of the lower bracket had fallen off for almost three weeks, and I noticed that my teeth were shifting. The lower teeth were becoming more spaced. showing the difference between my teeth during treatment in November 2025 and now in February 2026. I am truly disappointed with Dr. “B"! Second, I chose this clinic because they had a promotion offering a free retainer, but when I arrived at the clinic, the doctor explained that there was no free retainer for traditional braces only a promotion for 6x combo scaling sessions which is 600. However, this was different from what was advertised on TikTok and in the catalog, which stated that a free retainer was included if I paid half the price for the braces. I feel like I was misled by this clinic! Overall not satisfied at all with the service memaksa sangat untuk cepat buka however there's one Dr melayu i dont remember his name maybe Dr Nick? He's so good at service and clear communication but sadly he's only attend me once. Siapa yang terfikir nak buat braces kt sini be sure to fight for ur right jangan buka selagi tak puas hati even Dr cakap dah ok YOU KNOW YOUR TEETH WELL! I clearly asked the dentist about the expected outcome and was told that there would be a visible difference after the whitening treatment. Based on this professional assurance, I agreed to proceed. After the treatment, there was absolutely no difference at all in my tooth color. No before-and-after photos were taken or shown to prove any results. Charging such a high fee for a whitening service with zero visible outcome and no evidence is unacceptable. I feel misled and regret trusting this recommendation. This is especially disappointing as I have been undergoing orthodontic treatment at this clinic for over three years. I would not recommend the teeth whitening service here unless the clinic is willing to be more transparent and accountable. Consumers deserve results or at least honest expectations — not empty promises.

Everybody was patient and very friendly! Was scared coming to the dentist but the dentist was so friendly and assuring. She also made sure to advice the next steps properly and did not rush into decisions. Environment was also clean, everything was done swiftly. Thumbs up!
