Dr Neil Panda is a dream. If you are afraid of dentists, as I am. He obliterated such a fear. The care, the attention, and the lack of pain was fantastic. I had my first check up in three years and three fillings. Zero pain and truly a lovely experience. He, and the two ladies assisting were also fabulous and I cannot recommend them enough. The receptionists are lovely too.

Excellent dental care at this clinic. A warm welcome, a very competent and gentle dentist, and a good diagnosis. I had a cleaning, several broken teeth repaired, and cosmetic work done. I am very happy and highly recommend them.

I was recently doing the Everest base camp hike when at 15,000 feet I got a massive tooth infection on an upper molar. I had to abandon my hike and helicopter down to Kathmandu. I Google searched, healthy smiles dental, and got an appointment. Dr Banu Sharma did most of the initial work. She drained the infection, provided antibiotics did a root canal on that tooth and fixed two other teeth…

cracked from previous times. She performed very professional work and the facilities were very clean and it look like all sterilizing practises were being performed. Couldn’t have been happier with her work! The final day the work was completed with the final filling and a teeth cleaning by Dr Rajeena Pradhan, who is also very professional, they both spoke English and were very competent. I’m so happy I found them online. Thank you so much doctors for your good work!

Periodontists (gum specialists). I immediately contacted the said. First of all, I was totally spellbound by the way Madams at front office responded to me. They are so down to earth, humble and polite which impressed me a lot. In whole Kathmandu I wouldn't have got such response. Then I got the appointment with Dr. Ranjita Shrestha who is a true professional at par. The way she took her time and counselled me related to my disease was very heart touching. She candidly spoke to me regarding my disease. Her dealing with the patient was of another level. After examining and prescribing medicines, she further referred me to Dr. Rinky Nyachhyon, who is also very generous, soft-spoken and listened my problems calmly. Her style of examining the patients and counselling was very very soothing. Then I realized that my despair has started to decrease. This is what "Healthy Smiles" is. A complete package of warmth, cooperation, proper care and treatment. Last, but not the least, amazing and most welcoming fact is that Doctors there do not advice the patient to go through "unnecessary procedures" which is quite obvious in regards to mental stress as well as finance.

I had a great experience at Healthy Smiles in Sanepa. The staff were polite and professional. The work- cleaning and repair to a cracked molar was pain free and well done. I will recommend this practice to others.

difficulties in eating well. Finally, I visited Healthy Smile clinic in Kathmandu and after counselling by Dr. Neil, I decided to go ahead. I had a seamless experience and a painless procedure. It was great to have Dr Neil performing this implant which completed last December when I got my crown. He is such as great expert in dental implant and a caring professional. He made me easy at every step of the process, explained me everything well and took pauses when I wanted during the long mouth procedures. The staff members of the Healthy Smile were very caring and friendly. At the end, it was a good decision for me to have this in Kathmandu rather than going to Delhi or any other place which I was considering before. Healthy Smile-Smile Weavers is the best in Kathmandu.

Healthy Smiles Dental Clinic is excellent. The quality of treatment exceeds expectations. Dr Lunar is has been treating me for over a year now after I had sustained three mandible fractures which had impacted my dental structure. Now I feel normal again.

I confirmed the appointment two days in advance, but they said they messed it up and didn’t book any appointment. They just apologized. Seriously? Is 'sorry' enough to compensate for my time, money spent on transportation, and effort? My British friend, who is a regular patient, mentioned the same issues; they are very unprofessional, and he often has to wait for hours even after his scheduled…

We have had some issue lately on our automated system due to major software upgrade. Unfortunately you had to go through this, for which we sincerely apologize. On further probing, we came to know that the doctor was delayed due to the catastrophic flooding of Saturday 28th September 2024.
