Dr. Neil Pande and his lab did a great job replacing an unsightly implant on a top front tooth done in Chicago years ago (too big, wrong color and not sitting in line). The new implant looks great in all ways. Wish I done this sooner! Greatly appreciated!

accomodating and taking appointments last minute since my trip to Nepal was very short and quick through mutal friens. I hope to come visit home soon again. I will definately back to do some follow up. THANK YOU AGAIN and I am able to smile more with much confident in my self again. The whole teamn was very helpful and friendly staffs. expectations. The replacement veneer on my front tooth is unnoticeable, and the tooth I was told had to be removed by another dentist was saved and fixed. Dr Rajeena’s skill, extensive knowledge, and in her own words, ‘slight OCD’ meant that I walked away with a smile that I had been hiding for years. After cracking a moler at dinner, I investigated a suitable dentist close to Thamel. Healthy Smiles came up with good reviews. Wonderful staff and great coffee upstairs as i was early for my appointment. Explanation and treatment suggestions were appreciated and didnt cost the earth. below an old filling. She said that if it spread to the nerve she would recommend a root canal. However, after (totally painless) local anasthetic all she needed to do was remove the old filling and put in a new one. The whole procedure was done with such care and kindness, explaining what she was doing at every step. The whole procedure - check-up, xray and filling cost $55 US dollars. I then came up to Kopan monastery to visit friends, and a German nun and a US monk both told me that Happy Smiles have been their dentists for years since they have such excellent service. 100% recommended

I did not have a good experience with dr. Banu Sharma, unfortunately. After repairing one visible cavity, the tooth was still bothering me. She did not do X rays and said the tooth was alive and that's why I can feel it. Later I asked for another appointment but with dr. Neil Pande. The secretary made the appointment. secretary said - No, it's with dr. Banu(!!). I could not believe it! I asked again for a new appointment with dr. Neil but when I got there the dentists were not allowed to drill (covid). He did the X rays and a huge cavity was revealed. As he could not do anything about it at the moment, I finished with the root canal treatment later - "thanks" to Banu Sharma. So now I have a dead tooth that still releases some bacteria as the root canal treatment is not a proper solution even though is widely used by dentists. The best solution for a huge cavity is to remove the tooth under special conditions as holistic dentists in some countries do. There are no good dentists in KTM in my experience. In case of emergency, I would try dr. Neil. Manu also switched on some relaxing music saying - You apparently need it. - I think I did not need it but she apparently needed it as she was quite restless all the time while repairing my tooth - singing, talking to me about other patients,....

I was having trouble with my dental crown for a while as it would keep coming off every few months. I finally went in to see Dr. Rajeena Pradhan at Healthy Smiles and that was the best decision I ever made. In 2019 vacation when I travel Nepal , I had 1tooth damage in color .. Dr Luna suggest me to remove that tooth & put Maryland bridge .Rather than fixing that tooth , they keep on insist me to do cleaning , remove other tooth .. then finally she did Maryland bridge …. & funny thing is that it didn’t last even 2 months & even they couldn’t match the color of my tooth …Later on I got other tooth also…

I have been going to Healthy smiles for going on 20 years now. I find their services to be excellent in all respects. I go to them for all dental services. This year, I’m thinking of getting some dental implants done. They are a bit on the expensive side, but they are worth every rupee! I would recommend them and I have many times, to anybody and everybody!

Had rct treatment and it’s infected again , spent like 30k to 35k for the whole rct and teeth and now I’ve to deal with the infection again. Went there when it was painful they rejected me saying I had fever of 101 which I understand but right after I left the clinic went to the pharmacy my temperature was normal. argument as she was telling me if I could read the sign outside saying check the temperature but it was hidden behind hand sanitizer. Whose fault is that??? Think she wasn’t the regular receptionist who is usually nice. During the rct process tip of the file was broken and it got stuck in my teeth , idk maybe this is the culprit. Anyways it’s infected again I’m disappointed with healthy smiles... that’s my opinion

Can we please have your name so that we can get it investigated from our records? We are sorry for all the inconveniences. In this difficult and stressful pandemic, we have to abide by all the rules in place to make it safe for everyone. We hope you do understand. With all the PPE and face covered, we may have sounded rude and we apologize for that. Regarding the treatment, we would like to check, take xrays and find the real problem and its solution.

Amazing service. I came here several times to receive 2 cleans, an x-ray and 1 filling. The dentist was so careful and kind, always asking if I was ok. The clinic is very clean with modern facilities and a great price. It's also very simple to make an appointment, just call the clinic and the friendly staff will help you. They take credit card payments as well.
