Complete disregard for the patient. The first consultation is wonderful, the doctor examines you, cleans your teeth, then orders several ultrasounds, and when you have all the documentation ready to schedule a follow-up appointment, the patient is simply IGNORED. It's like they're doing you a favor. You're paying for the treatment, folks, let's have some respect for the patient.

Terrible experience, I felt ripped off. They scheduled an evaluation, charged for the evaluation, but didn't have a dentist to perform the root canal procedure. They informed me via WhatsApp that the evaluation fee would be deducted from the cost of the root canal treatment.
