Before arriving, I was able to communicate via whatsapp and had all questions answered to my satisfaction. A price quoted to me was good and similar to other normal prices I have seen. English is spoken both by the doctor and the reception person. They accept credit cards. I feel very confident about Global Dental and would return for any work. I wish I went here first! I have been seeing Dr Cong since 2017 when he was at another clinic. I have had full bridgework done on the top and 5 implants on the bottom. I was so impressed with the new clinic. It's really world class. Also the service is much better than I have ever experienced in Australia. I would highly recommend Dr Cong and his team. They do quality work and are completely trustworthy.

I went to Global Dental to treat tooth decay on Sunday, my first impression is that the clinic is very nice, airy and the staffs are extremely friendly. The doctor treated me very carefully and gently. After about 25 minutes, my 2 decayed teeth were treated smoothly with very reasonable costs. Thank you Doctor, thank you Global Dental.
Dr.Cong and his team are just exclusive and special. I would recommend anyone in Hanoi or outside to visit this place as this dental clinic is equipped with latest technology on X-ray, dental equipped with great staff who are really there committed to take care of you. You will look forward to returning to Hanoi for your next dental visit. UPDATE: In 2023 I recently returned to visit the Global Dental team to progress to the next stage of my dental implant. This stage involved the fitting of the fixture screw in the jaw at the original tooth location. The broken tooth was previously removed to allow the jaw bone to heal. A panoramic x-ray prior to surgery revealed issues that were not evident at previous dental examinations. Doctor Công Thành Phạm provided a solution and resolved these issues without any increase to the original quoted price. Dr. Cong then quickly completed my surgery with minimum discomfort; post operative follow up advice and checks also being provided by the clinic staff. I have visited the English-speaking team at Global Dental in Hanoi a number of times and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their high-quality services, cleanliness and fair prices offered. You will be well cared for from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave their modern clinic. The clinic is clean, the staff and the doctor himself are pleasant and professional. Also want to point out that they speak English and accepted me without an appointment. And the next day they asked how I felt. This is what I call customer focus.
It's been a long time since I've found an international dentist that I feel so satisfied with. The doctors and staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. Makes me no longer feel nervous every time I go to the dentist.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Cong. He is very professional. The clinic is clean and equipped with latest technology. But the ladies at the reception can't communicate and are not professional. This is creating some issues/ problems for me regarding getting the invoice etc..
