I will never return. The refund has not been returned for a month even though the clinic deliberately canceled it. The refund information states a maximum of 3 business days. Every week I always ask where the refund process is, they say they will follow up continuously, but there is no clarity. I ask for my right to a refund, like I am a beggar. I am being belittled and disrespected.

In fact, after checking, the one who rescheduled my schedule was the receptionist who was on leave, not me. Even if it was an application error or whatever, it's not good to say something like that to a customer.
