I initially went to the clinic for a second opinion, and as a result, several dental issues were resolved within six months. During these few months, communication was incredibly pleasant and responsive. There were no issues with the quality either. I might update my review after some time has passed since I had the crowns placed on the implants.

Instead of apologizing or correcting the situation, the doctor said he had already "worked to the negative" with my teeth and that I had high expectations (Well, yes, it's my mouth, and I pay money for the work and want standard results). They also suggested I wait until the doctor returned from Russia because he was leaving and wouldn't be back until the children's school year (by September!). Apparently, they gave me three months to come to terms with my teeth. My last appointment was on May 29, 2024.
