1. Background You visited our clinic for a professional oral hygiene. During the procedure, the doctor discovered a cavity in one of your teeth. You were informed of the cavity immediately after the procedure and shown photographs confirming the diagnosis. You were also advised to schedule treatment for this tooth, which you did in a month. 2. Treatment and Further Developments During the treatment, the doctor carefully removed the affected tissue and placed a filling. A few days later, you reported tooth pain. We performed two free therapeutic sessions aimed at reducing sensitivity, but the symptoms persisted. After the acceptable post-filling reaction period, the doctor suspected the development of pulpitis, based on your complaints and the nature of the previously detected deep caries. 3. Clinic Support To confirm the diagnosis, we performed a free CT scan to avoid any additional costs. You were also offered a 20% discount on root canal treatment, and the cost of a previously placed filling was deducted from the total cost of the treatment. 4. Responsibility and Communication Unfortunately, despite our efforts to assist you and offer reasonable compromises, you blamed the clinic for the pulpitis—even though the initial discussion was about treating an already damaged tooth, not a completely healthy one. I was very impressed with the clinic thanks to the staff's expertise and excellent equipment. They are always helpful and make every effort to make patients feel comfortable. A good clinic. The consultants are Russian-speaking and help with translation. The clinic has modern equipment, even a TV on the ceiling, which is very convenient. A jaw scan only takes 2 minutes! You can also buy professional oral care products right away. Overall, a good clinic, I recommend it to everyone!
