y escorted me out and left. The dentist and assistant were talking and laughing among themselves, which was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. I was particularly surprised that they asked me to take off my shoes, but the girl who greeted me was wearing oversized sneakers. It looked strange and unpleasant. I'm very dissatisfied with my visit. I don't recommend this clinic.

A wonderful clinic. I received a competent consultation with a translator, and there are Russian-speaking specialists available. Overall, I was impressed and highly recommend it.
The girls were very nice, the staff was super responsive and caring. I split my lip and chipped a tooth, and the dentist refused to restore the damaged lip to prevent infection and further complications, which is a true testament to her professionalism. So, they only took an x-ray, but I'll definitely be back.
Was greatly pleased of the service , prices and friendly staff. The help was so punctual and professional , will use this place if need and recommend my friends .

I saw Dr. Kat. I have a super complicated case. I can't handle any kind of anesthesia psychologically, I immediately panic. I spent a whole year looking for my doctor in Phuket! And here she is! She's a magician, she found the right approach, and she fixed four cavities in one go! 10/10
I came to this clinic for comprehensive treatment and am very glad I did. At the first consultation, we developed a plan, and we are currently following it. After that, I repeatedly asked to see the images and evaluate the bone tissue and other possible issues, but the doctor and consultant said it wasn't necessary. The extent of my jaw displacement and other information about the treatment plan were not provided. 2,000 baht for the external examination and for telling me, yes, you need braces for two years and an expander for one year. We'd like to clarify that you had an initial consultation, during which the doctor performed a visual and functional examination, assessed the condition of the oral cavity, the shape of the palate, and the bite, and explained possible treatment options. A full diagnosis is performed after the patient has consented to treatment. This is when we: • review CT and panoramic images, • take additional images if necessary, • perform lateral projection scans and calculations, • create a detailed treatment plan with timelines, stages, and costs. During the initial consultation, the doctor outlined recommendations and treatment stages, which is standard for a first examination. I paid 6,500 THB, they gave me verbal recommendations, but didn't tell me what painkillers I should take. I can compare; I was at another dental clinic, there they gave me a written recommendation, and they also gave me pills. And the price was much lower, which is what I expected. Such a clinic, such a service. But I understood what I paid for: Russian-speaking staff.

I went to the dentist here for the first time. I felt very comfortable because they spoke Russian. My tooth looked bad, with a large chip, so I was afraid to go. In the end, they fixed my tooth in half an hour, quickly and efficiently! And the price was great.
