biting my upper canine and lower palate while eating, causing bleeding. I went to my last checkup and explained, and he said we'd opened the lower jaw too much. I asked, "So, what's the solution?" He said there's no solution. It's completely unacceptable that he didn't even apologize for his own mistake and simply said there's no solution. On top of that, he said he couldn't look back because he'd lost our files. I didn't like it at all.

This person is not my patient, because my patients know that even if they come back 10 years after treatment, I will not send them away saying "there is no solution," but will do my best to find solutions that will satisfy them. Also, the phrase "we opened the lower jaw too much" is something I would never say. Anyone who knows even a little about orthodontics knows that it is technically impossible for the lower jaw to be opened too much. Dr. Evrim has been handling all of my daughter's oral and dental checkups since she was 7 years old. At age 11, she planned retainer treatment, and the application and results are very successful. We are very pleased with Dr. Evrim's approach and treatment.
