We went for my daughter. The treatment she promised would take 1.5 or 2 years didn't end in 3. We went back several times every week, saying the wire kept breaking and pulling apart, only to have the treatment supposedly completed. A year and a half ago, I met my dear doctor because of a narrowing in my upper palate and misaligned teeth. Throughout the treatment, I was always greeted with a smile, and she carefully answered my curious questions, ensuring I underwent treatment with peace of mind.
