High-recommended dentist clinic in town. I am working abroad and my first visit was random as I was having an issue with my tooth during my trip in Georgetown. The doctor was very patient and did not over-recommend the treatment I shall perform, but patiently explained to me my condition and advised me to take steps by step after considering I was in town for a few days only. and it helped me a lot with my gum and tooth issues. And the nurse is very helpful in reminding my next due appointments by giving me a text. All these great services caused me to purposely fly back again today for my follow-up checking, and I will be back again for my routine checkups!

Dr. Karen is so friendly. She explains clearly and patiently. She thinks from the patient's point of view and give best alternative. The other staff is very nice too. They take walk-ins. The fee is reasonable too. Found this dental clinic by accident, but it is very recommended!

It is my 1st time here, decided to come here after many good google review. This is the 1st dental clinic I visited that will use a cam capture our teeth images and show us our teeth condition via digital screen images with explanation before they take action.. Did my Scaling & Filling here, excellence detailed services by Dr.Alexander, definately will come again!
Amazing doctor and staff. Very clean facility and quick appointment response time. I had 4 fillings and a cleaning for 720 ringgit, with local anesthesia. The dentist was so gentle I barely felt the anesthetic application. Can’t recommend highly enough. From Texas USA

Honest clinic. I accidentally paid twice to the clinic. 6 months later they rang me up to let me know and paid me back. They could have easily forgotten about it. That is honestly! Good luck and hope you all do well.
The doctor is good, it doesn't hurt. You can come back tomorrow.
In the overall environment, it is comfortable and well-equipped. Great location. Advanced reminder for the appointment. Doctor Soh was very patient and the explanation was obvious. My tooth extraction went smoothly.

Decided to try this dental practice based on recommendation from a distant relative. Went for my first appointment in September 2023 with Dr Karen to check and clean my teeth. with no decay & the filling was done on top of the good tooth. I did not plan to fill it but the dentist advised me to do it, so I listened. This was my 1st filling for the good tooth. 2 wks later, a tiny black spot appeared on the filling. It was very obvious as it was facing front. Had to go to another dentist as I was not in town. The other dentist found a new decay under that filling causing the black spot. So the dentist had to remove the filling to reach the decay underneath & patched it up. This was the 2nd filling on the same tooth. The filling was done well & there was no longer a dark spot. However, over the few months, there was slight yellow stain on the surface due to tea/coffee stain. Less than 6 mths later, I went to Eversmile in February 2024 again to have my regular checkup. This time Dr Karen was not available & they assigned me Dr Heng. I did my regular dental cleaning & asked the dentist to scrape off/polish some discolouration on the filling as it was slightly yellow due to some coffee/tea stains. There was NO tooth decay. It was supposed to be a simple polishing/scraping off discoloured surface & then smoothen the surface so that it doesn’t trap stains. It ended up being a filling removal and a new filling was done. This was my 3rd filling on the same tooth! 2 wks later, my tooth started to feel sensitive & it felt like there was a decay somewhere on the tooth as it felt different and I could feel/taste/smell something off. When I was water flossing my teeth 1 week later at home, using the lowest setting… a piece of filling/tooth bigger than the size of a rice grain (dark coloured around the edges due to decay) chipped off and my gum started to bleed around that tooth!!! I could feel a hole on that tooth and the teeth was sensitive to even my breath. What a nightmare! Immediately, I had to see another dentist to fix the part of the filling/tooth that dropped off. My gums were inflamed and bleeding quite badly when the dentist tried to patch the hole up. The new dentist had to spend more than 20 mins to reduce the bleeding in order to put in a new filling which took another 40 mins as my gums kept bleeding & made things difficult. She then told me that the prep work for the 3rd filling was done in a way that it is difficult for the new filling stick properly. The hole/drilling made by the Eversmile dentist was all the way up into my gum area & even impacted the next tooth! It made the patching very hard to do & caused gums to be inflamed and bleeding. This is my first time bleeding so badly & I am not on blood thinning medication. She asked me to go back again in another week’s time to check as my gums are bleeding too much to see if the parameters are properly sealed and filling is ok. For many years, I did not have any issues with tooth decay as I diligently saw the dentist every 6-10 months. Due to the poor advice to fill a gap I didn’t need to fill and the poor quality work from TWO dentist from this clinic, not ONE, has caused my tooth to be damaged, impacted the tooth next to it, caused suffer unnecessary, forced me spend even more money to fix the mess they created & gave me A LOT of anxiety & stress. In fact, I found the whole experience traumatising. I gave them a 2nd chance when I came back again, but the 2nd time of the bad experience sealed it. I will not be back here again nor will any of my family members or friends. TERRIBLE experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 UPDATE: One year later, another filling on another tooth done by this dentist dropped off while I was brushing my teeth with a regular toothbrush. Worst dentist skills or materials I’ve ever seen. SPEECHLESS.

My daughter had toothache and was attended to promptly. Dr Alex was very friendly and gentle with children. The root cause was addressed, clearly explained, treatment was done very professionally and a very precise follow up advice was given. The entire experience was a really pleasant one. Member of the staff were polite. Dr. Alex was patient and clear with his explanation before my treatment, and also provided suggestions on how to care/ monitor my issue instead of immediately suggest treatment. They were very transparent about the fees too.

Very professional, thorough and mindful of the needs of the clients. My wife and I had appointments with Dr Karen and Dr Alexander respectively.
