I am most satisfied with Dr Alex experience in rendering his professionalism for my optimal dental health care. I build up my confidence in him right from my first visit. All his staffs are very friendly and accommodative. I didn't feel any discomfort throughout the whole process. He is very dedicated to his job and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I was very happy with the professionalism and treatment received. The dentist was gentle, efficient and didn’t try to « find » unnecessary work (as had happened sometimes with other dentists.) Very good experience at a reasonable cost.

Dont take appointment with customer seriously. Had book appointment with Dr Karen but the next day been told that have other patient reschedule. Is it doing extraction earn lesser for your clines? You need to take patient appointment seriously. Had been suffer for toothache for many days already. Simply say appointment change. Rubbish clinic

Hi Mr. Terry, we had schedule appointment slot for your wife to come in for follow up on 13.11.2023 at 10am after her first episode of pulpitis (pulpal pain) which she had filling done long before not in our clinic/premise . We even have our staffs called to check on her pain status and score , if it’s manageable with the medication. There was no rescheduling of appointment involved. As it has been communicated , if the tooth is still inflamed and infected , extraction could not be carried out immediately until it is subsided . I'm a tourist in Penang and suddenly having a problem with my braces at my 3rd day here. One of the wire is poking to my cheek several times and causing a bump. My doctor usually just cut the wire and all done. I've been trying to cut it with nail clipper (as reccomended from my doctor😂) but it didn't help. first thru Instagram and they're replying just in a minute. Next day I just go to clinic, do the registration and wait around 5 minutes untill the doctor looked up my braces. Rather than cutting it (as what I ask to him), the doctor just remove my braces rubber and repositioning the wires. Also they replace it with the new one and explain me why the wires moving around😄 I've expected it will cost more than 100RM but I'm shoocked it's only 50RM! I got a free toothpaste also😁 I really recommend this dental clinic if you're looking for a best, fast-response and professional staff and doctor!

I dont usually do google reviews, but this is by far the best dental ive been. Dr Karen explained everything in detail, and the service is great. She showed imaging before and after every step, and would make sure that i was comfortable during scaling (which is rare for dentist to do). Would definitely stay with this clinic!

Came here for a professional tooth cleaning and was Herz disappointed. All they did was scrape away the calculus and 30seconds of polishing… no cleaning in between teeth, no sanding and no fluoride… usually after a professional cleaning I have smooth and shiny teeth… not the case here. Cost: 130 Ringit - would not come back.

Unfortunately, profanity was also recorded, which is unacceptable behavior toward our healthcare workers. As you may know, such behavior and verbal abuse against healthcare workers are not tolerated in our country or any other country. We understand that you may have had some concerns regarding the topical fluoride application. However, it's important to note that topical fluoride application defers between countries, and it is not included during scaling and polishing in Malaysia. Our doctor has performed the scaling and polishing professionally and the treatment incurred was fairly reasonable based on their oral assessment of your dental condition. We are sorry to hear that you felt the treatment was unsatisfactory, but we assure you that our team has always been dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients. We also want to emphasize that no healthcare workers worldwide deserve derogatory remarks after helping you with your oral health. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. I originally went there to get one tooth filled, but instead of filling that tooth, they diced away my other, relatively healthy teeth!!!!!! They filled teeth that didn't need filling 😏 They did this and that, but in the end, they didn't fill the tooth I wanted!!!!! The tooth I wanted filled was never filled; it's just a scam to rip me off.

The doctor (soh) is very patient and professional in doing her job She explains things througly in simple terms where my mother can easily understand the cause of her toothache The tooth extraction was also professionally done I on the other hand, was given the opportunity to watch the doctor work Truly an amazing experience

The female doctor was very friendly & professional. The treatment went very well for me. Less painful for scaling compare to my other dentist. I got few filling here, price range from RM160-180/tooth.

Professional staff and great Doctor. As a tourist, I come here often because it’s affordable and I’m really happy with the service and close attention to detail given by Dr Alex.
