A fabulous clinic, I recommend everyone to come to Endodental. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, starting with Dr. Gianni, Renato, and Leo, without taking anything away from the wonderful Dr. Megi.

n 6:30 and 7:10 PM) and began bleeding heavily in the room. She asked for help at reception but received no assistance. The message was viewed but not responded to. The next day, the excuse was that "they had to respond to people interested in coming to the clinic." This clearly shows the priorities. Once you've paid, you're at the bottom of the list, even if you need assistance. Furthermore, after 7:00 PM, assistance is nonexistent. If you have problems in the evening, know that you'll be completely alone. As for me, I was confirmed that in 4 days they would have the permanent teeth fitted (second visit) and also make the dental aligners. Everything was authorised by them, according to their timeframes. Once I got there, suddenly "there was no time". But why? For days (2) nothing was done, even though I kept repeating to the reception that I had to leave soon. Their answer was always the same: "The doctors know". Only on the last day did they wake up because I would be leaving the next day. At 9:30 they made me sit in the room where they then made me wait until 12:30. The excuse? "They had lost their teeth, come back at 5:30". At 5:30 I returned and was asked to postpone the flight because in reality my teeth had been badly damaged and it would take until midnight to have them redone. It stank to me, excuses too stupid to be true, moral of the story? They finally fitted my teeth after 7:30 PM, with the clinic practically closed. They actually took back all the excuses they'd given during the day, showing the truthfulness of the facts. They find time to rush things, but not to properly organize themselves beforehand. The reception is a mess. No clear communication, no reliability, no real assistance. Their job seemed to be just to call you to come up, often without politeness or courtesy, and otherwise "the doctors know" about everything. Final point: TRANSFERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY THE CLINIC. And I emphasize this because it cost me time, stress, and money. On my third appointment, which was necessary because the work hadn't been done properly, I arrived in Tirana at 7:30 PM. The driver, Mario, told me to wait 10 minutes for other clients. We waited over an hour and a half. When I asked to come back, he looked at me strangely (he speaks neither Italian nor English). I arrived at the apartment at 11:40 PM. With all the time I spent, I was going to Italy and coming back. On the way back, even though I had arranged with Mario to leave for the airport at 7:30, the driver didn't show up. Never I found myself running through the streets of Tirana At 8:10 looking for someone to take me to the airport, speaking to them in a language I didn't understand. I had to withdraw money, paying €20 in commission and a €25 taxi fare. Total: €50. So be careful: from personal experience, I can assure you that assistance is not guaranteed, the organization is very confusing, the reception is unreliable, and the transfer is NOT guaranteed. The doctors are good, but unfortunately, the quality of a clinic doesn't depend on that alone.
Endo Dental is more than a clinic, it's a family from the moment you leave the airport until you return. They are always with you and never leave you feeling lost.
