I have had serious dental problems all my life and a huge fear of the dentist's chair. I went to Dr. Theodora Joseph for the first time 4 years ago and since then I have not even thought about another dentist. I had a complete treatment with her, including placing implants, and the results are great! I have not had any problems since then. She is very attentive and patient, works precisely, a true professional. The office is clean, pleasant, the equipment is modern. I highly recommend her!

I made an appointment with the dentist for a preventative dental cleaning. Typically, during this procedure at other clinics, they tell me if there are any problems and whether additional treatment is needed. I assume this is in the clinic's best interest, to win over their clients and perhaps upsell them another service. At this office, they told me it was an additional service, costing 30 euros, and recommended after a panoramic X-ray, which costs 20 euros. Ultimately, I declined the pre-cleaning and only had the cleaning, which cost 110 euros. The cleaning, by the way, was so-so. First, they used an ultrasound, then a baking soda solution, but they didn't polish my teeth, leaving an unpleasant, rough coating on my teeth. Would I go there again? 100% no. I'm giving it a 2* only because they saw me fairly quickly.

I went to see Dr. Theodora Joseph on the recommendation of the taxi driver, whose taxi I got into right after the previous dentist, whom I… well… bit (clogs). The driver listened to me and said: “The doctor is calm, she will put up with you, don’t be afraid, and she will do the job for you!” .........And he was right! The doctor and her assistant turned out to be super nice, calm and patient. Dr. Joseph explained everything to me, talked to me and let me catch my breath — no matter how many “gurgling” sounds I made (I couldn’t even answer the question “Does it hurt?” adequately because of fear). Thanks to this, we both had the opportunity to survive my first tooth decay! Actually, there were two, but for her this was no problem. Here you have a person who is not only proficient in dentistry, but also in pacifying wild animals! It also made me not afraid of my fear and not feel guilty about it. And most importantly, I didn't get bitten! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, DoctorKi! I wish you not to be a patient anywhere! Be healthy and cheerful!

Best dentis in Sofia, it's quick without pain. Always fun and kind and talk really good English. So, I'm no longer traumatized by the dentist 😂 …
