I went for a consultation after bad work I had done at a different clinic and 2 dentists took their time to explain everything in so much detail and it seemed like they had the patient’s wellbeing at heart as the were advising against a procedure that would have made them a lot more money. I heard someone address one of the doctors as Dr Anisa. I have experienced first hand the permanent damage a money oriented dentist can do to your health and I so much wished I had gone to this clinic from the beginning. I told them that wouldn’t be able to do any work with them in the near future and asked them how much I owed them for the consultation. The answer “Just a smile”. Got such a good feel from for this clinic.

Today my partner and I visited Emerald Dental for a dental cleaning and teeth whitening treatment, and we are both very happy with the results. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The clinic is modern, very clean, and everything was explained clearly throughout the appointment. The cleaning was done very carefully and the whitening treatment gave immediate visible results. We both felt comfortable and well taken care of during the entire visit. Excellent service and a great overall experience. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high quality dental care in Albania!

I had an excellent experience at Emerald Dental in Tirana. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with dignity and respect. There was no pushy sales pitch, and no rush to get me out the door so they could move on to the next client. My main Dentist was Dr. Erisa. She is brilliant! Dr Erisa took the time to ask me what my concerns were, and what work I wanted done on my teeth. She has an excellent chair-side manner and made be feel totally comfortable and relaxed. She did a full assessment of my teeth and made her recommendations, which addressed my main concerns, and also provided her view on the other optional work that could be done but was purely if I wanted it (I have some teeth problems that were acknowledged, but there was no pressure to have that work done as it is mainly cosmetic and doesn’t impact the functionality of my teeth). My root canal was slightly complicated as it was becoming infected. This required two additional visits (with some time in between for the antibiotics to work). I felt a little bad as it was taking a lot more time, but there was never any pressure from the clinic and the number one priority was that the tooth was treated appropriately so that I had the best outcome. This is exactly the approach you want your Dentist to take! At various stages I also had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr. Arber and Dr. Fiona. The team at Emerald Dental work seamlessly together to deliver the best quality service. It literally feels like a family environment with everyone helping each other. The work I had done included one root canal (molar with three roots), two crowns, two fillings (old fillings that needed to be refreshed) and one extraction (due to infection in the bone under a previous root canal). The pricing for all of this was very reasonable, and most definitely a lot cheaper than it would’ve been in the UK, NZ or Mexico (where I have previously had dental work done). Once the bone has healed I will be coming back to Albania to have an implant put in by Emerald Dental. It sounds weird, but I’m actually looking forward to returning and seeing the team again! I cannot recommend Emerald Dental highly enough, and especially Dr. Erisa. Thank you!
