To which Valentina responded with voicemails saying, "WE HAVE PATIENTS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES, AND IF A DOCTOR IS SUDDENLY AVAILABLE, HE WILL SEE YOU. PEOPLE BOOK WITH US FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE, blah blah." A reasonable response: "So, you book appointments way in advance, and you charge me the same as other clients. You can provide them with an appointment in advance, but I have to sit like a dog and wait for you to deign to invite me for a consultation with your heaven-sent doctor?" They told me I had strange, inappropriate rhetoric and blocked me. 🤡 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
