I had a very comfortable experience for my scaling, polishing and filling procedures with Dr. Rina. She was very detailed and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. No pain at all! Me and my husband has a great experience at the dental clinic. Our dentists are Dr Chin & Dr Chiang. Both were gentle and explained in details to us. Nurse assistant and front desk are very welcoming as well! We will be back!
My husband recently went for a root canal treatment with Dr Yeow Wen Yang, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and distressing experience. d before starting any procedure. There was also a lack of proper consultation and clear explanation from Dr Yeow, which resulted in us having to return again. The delay in completing the treatment left my husband in significant pain and caused several sleepless nights. On top of that, we were charged additional consultation fees that felt unnecessary, especially since the follow-up visits were due to incomplete treatment and insufficient explanation from the beginning. To make matters worse, another dentist later informed us that the clinic does not have the proper equipment required for this treatment and recommended that we seek care at another clinic. This was extremely frustrating, as this should have been communicated clearly from the start instead of putting my husband through unnecessary pain and expenses. Think twice before coming here! We hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards in equipment readiness, transparency and patient care.

We are sorry to hear that your husband has been experiencing significant discomfort, and we fully understand how distressing dental pain can be. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding the visits to our clinic. Our intention has always been to help relieve your husband’s pain; however, due to the severity of his condition at the time, our doctor was unfortunately unable to perform the treatment. Our surgery rooms are fully equipped with the necessary instruments and equipment. We were concerned after reading the claim that our doctor had to change rooms due to dull instruments, so we immediately reviewed our CCTV footage. Based on the recording, Our Doctor brought your husband to the X-ray room, not another surgery room. We would like to clarify that it is standard protocol in healthcare facilities for X-ray rooms to be separate from treatment rooms, as this helps ensure radiation safety and prevents radiation exposure from escaping to other areas. During the first visit, your husband presented with very acute dental pain. Our Doctor attempted to carry out diagnostic tests to identify the source of the problem and provide relief. Unfortunately, the infection and inflammation were so severe that even after administering three doses of local anaesthesia, the affected tooth remained extremely sensitive and could not be safely treated. Our doctor did not intend to delay the treatment but was unable to proceed due to the severity of the pain. In such situations, it is clinically appropriate to first control the infection before attempting further treatment. Therefore, the decision was made to postpone any invasive procedure and prescribe antibiotics and medication to help reduce the infection and inflammation. For this visit, the clinic only charged for the CBCT X-ray RM200 (original price is RM350) and medication RM76. No procedures were charged because we were unable to proceed with treatment due to the severity of the pain. During the second visit, with the help of the medication, the level of infection had reduced enough for our second doctor to perform the necessary diagnostic tests. Based on the results, the doctor explained the condition of the tooth and also discussed the possible challenges of treating a tooth with such a severe acute infection. At that point, the doctor also presented the option of having the treatment carried out at a specialist clinic, which may provide additional support for complex or highly acute cases. After you decided to proceed with treatment under a specialist, our doctor prepared a referral letter together with the diagnostic findings from the examination. The consultation, which lasted nearly one hour and involved multiple tests, was charged RM50. We hope this explanation provides some clarity regarding the care provided during both visits. Our team always strives to act in the patient’s best interest and to provide appropriate care based on the clinical situation. . She is a wheelchair patient, and the team did not turn us away when we want to make appointment. On the visit day, the staff thoughtfully prepared a portable slider/ramp to help us safely move her wheelchair in and out of the clinic. This level of care and inclusiveness truly meant a lot to our family. We are also very thankful to the attending dentist for her responsible and patient approach. Rather than rushing into treatment, she went the extra mile to consult another dentist in a hospital and provided us with careful, medically appropriate advice based on my mother’s stroke history. It was very reassuring to see that the focus was on my mother’s safety and condition, not on pushing unnecessary or expensive procedures. In addition, the Helpdesk team has been excellent. Their WhatsApp responses are always prompt, clear and helpful, which makes communication very smooth and stress-free for us. Overall, we genuinely feel cared for by the team at E&E Dental. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Edmund for providing the excellent brace treatment. He is very gentle & patient during the treatment. There is big improvement and difference between before and after the treatment. I have just completed my treatment and collected my retainer today, and I am truly satisfied and happy with the result!

1st time went here due to the good review . Experience it myself,the Frontline staff n all the staff there is super friendly. They are very patience with my mum inquiries .I did tooth extraction . Fast and efficient.Not pain at all. I didn't get their names. Seriously I am very comfortable with everyone there. Will recommend my friends and families member to go there .

Came for basic scaling and polishing to test out the clinic. They are clearly focused on S'pore business. Getting to the treatment was fairly fast. The dentist attending to me flashed a card with prices in front of me in the dental chair (like a carwash where they try to push wax and polish). done touting, I politely insisted that the basic version should be sufficient for me. I wanted to see how patient she was in removing my coffee stains on the front teeth. In S'pore, whichever clinic I go to, the stains are removed very well without any touting. Here in this JB clinic, she only did minimal cleaning and claimed that the remaining stains cannot be removed. It's almost as if she had made up her mind after I rejected the premium-price jet cleaning not to give her best handiwork. The biggest disappointment was the dental assistant, who caused me much pain by pressing the dental depressor stick really hard on my gums. Her mind was elsewhere. Throughout the ordeal, I found it funny that they would talk to me and expect me to answer orally, with my mouth gaping open and flooded with debris. For two-thirds of the S'pore scaling/polishing bill, this clinic is not worth it. After this visit, I appreciate S'pore dentists and assistants more. It can be about 100SGD average, but they are better trained in all aspects.
Very enjoyable experience here a E&E. By far the best clinic I went to. Dentist shared alot of tips and I did the whitening treatment which improved by 5 shades. Highly recommended

Dr. Goi Ee Win, is very experience in makimg Mandibular advancement devices (MAD to treat sleep disorders such as snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Update (8 Oct 2025): My AHI level was reduced from 45 to 12.4 events per hour after using the MAD's. It was my first visit to this dental clinic and I was attended to by Dr. Melissa. I did scaling and also got a night guard for my bruxism. The whole experience was very pleasant—Dr. Melissa was meticulous, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was patient with all my questions and made the entire process very comfortable. Highly recommended!
