gh and unsteady, which increased both the pain and my anxiety throughout the procedure. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone seeking dental treatment to avoid Dr. Yeow, as the procedure was mishandled and caused unnecessary pain and distress. That being said, the other dentists (including Dr Goi whom I received the RCT and crowning services) are pretty good
I was treated by Dr Rina today. She communicates well and is clearly patient centric. Previous dentist Dr Chong wasn't available and she's just as good. Not forgetting the staff who were friendly and the visit was a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Been to Dr. Low MY at E&E Dental a few times now. After many years of dental visits, she’s easily one of the most dedicated dentists I’ve met. She explains everything patiently, works gently every time, and never makes me feel rushed. I just felt really grateful today and wanted to share a little note of thanks. q(o.o)p

I got my braces removed last December by Dr Rina. She was very professional and gentle throughout the treatment and the whole process was smooth and painless. I am happy with the final results and would definitely recommend Dr Rina.

Had a great experience with them. First time here and everything went smoothly. Dr Low was very friendly and professional with the scaling & polishing! Did the teeth whitening as well and could see significant results after 1 session. Would definitely recommend!

I collected my Vivera retainers today and they were handed to me in a ziplock bag. I was asked to try fitting them in the toilet. Since it was my first time wearing retainers, they were very tight and I had difficulty removing them. When I went back to the counter, the admin simply told me that I was done. proper retainer box with his retainers, so I went back to ask. Only then did they say they had forgotten to give it to me. While I was waiting for my Grab at the clinic, they came over to pass me the instruction kit. Honestly, if I hadn’t gone back to ask, I would have left with nothing but a ziplock bag to store my retainers. This is very disappointing service, especially after paying over RM900. The clinic wasn’t even busy, and there was no queue at the counter.

Never really liked going to the dentist so have been putting my intention on hold until I couldnt. Dr. Tan KY was very gentle, kind and explained what I need (filling/onlay) . Very thankful for her patience.

My husband went for scaling and polishing service and woke up the next day with blood clots in his mouth. His gums were bleeding the entire night. We have done our routine dental services both in SG and Johor (so we know what is a reasonable amount of bleeding after a dental session), I have to be frank that this has been one of the worst experiences. Hello Grace, believing you are wife of Mr. Weng Zhili, we understand your concern and would like to reassure you that scaling and air polishing are routine dental procedures. In medically healthy individuals, any bleeding is usually related to pre-existing gum inflammation (gingivitis or periodontitis) rather than the procedure itself, and it typically settles within a short period. Especially when your husband didn't report pain or discomfort during the session. As part of our routine protocol, photos were taken before and after treatment, and no active or profuse bleeding was observed at the end of the procedure. Bleeding may recur later, especially when lying down, due to existing gum inflammation. However, prolonged bleeding is more commonly associated with blood disorders or blood-thinning medications; but based on the medical history declared, none were reported. therefore, there were no indications at the time to suggest a higher risk of prolonged bleeding. Some tenderness or mild bleeding after a thorough cleaning can occur temporarily and usually improves as the gums heal. We understand the inconvenience of returning for a review due to travel constraints and are happy to continue assisting your husband via WhatsApp and provide advice accordingly.
Well, Dr Yeow is friendly. But, it seems that he is in-experienced. I did the scaling, and I had a lot of gum bleeding which I never had with other clinic before. My gum still hurts and bleed even hours after.
First visit, still deciding how I feel about it objectively in terms of the dental service but indeed the receptionist and personable areas they are friendly. Also decided to try an extra service (to make retainers) will update if satisfied I guess! So far ok ~

Thank you for your feedback. First, we sincerely apologise for the waiting time. You were accommodated as a walk-in emergency due to discomfort from your braces. While we did our best to slot you in as soon as possible, our doctor needed to complete treatment for previously scheduled patients before attending to you, in order to ensure fair and proper care for everyone. Regarding the charges, the treatment steps and fees were clearly explained by our receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. In addition, the doctor explained and advised on the need for bracket and wire replacement with clinical photos before proceeding with treatment. The fee of RM250 covered new bracket replacements, a new orthodontic wire, and cleaning of the treatment area, even though the braces were not originally done at our clinic. This was not over-treatment. The dislodged brackets and wire were damaged and likely to failed again, causing repeated discomfort. These factors made replacement necessary for patient safety and treatment effectiveness. We always strive to provide ethical, transparent, and professional care, prioritising patient safety and clinical standards. We appreciate your understanding and wish you well in your ongoing orthodontic treatment.
