ED Dental Clinic provided me with an excellent teeth whitening service at incredible short notice. I woke up this morningat 7am and enquired about availability...and was able to book myself an appointment for 8am. Wow... how responsive is that! Enisa provided a great service, explaining the procedure to me. Compared to what this would have cost in the UK, Albania offers incredible value.

She speaks six languages, including Spanish, which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed from the very first moment. It is clear that this clinic truly cares about their patients, they work with great dedication, and they have an outstanding human touch. Total rip off i had an emergency at 12 an night they charged me 85 euro for antibiotics . Ask for prices before doing your teeth here.

If the proposed fee was not acceptable to you, it would have been entirely fair and appropriate to express this upfront, before the treatment took place. We understand that you may feel unhappy with the amount paid, but please note that we are fully transparent with our pricing and services—especially during emergency cases that take place outside regular hours. Our fees reflect not only the timing of the service but also the quality, professionalism, and personalized care we provide. Of course, every patient has the right to choose where they seek care. If you were looking for a free emergency service, the public hospital emergency department would have been the appropriate place to turn to, as they are designed for such needs. As a private clinic, we set our prices in proportion to the level of care, expertise, and availability we offer. It’s clear that your review was posted with intentional negativity, which is unfortunate. We believe a respectful and direct conversation with our staff would have been a far more constructive way to resolve any concerns.

I was passing through Albania when I needed urgent Dental attention , this Dentist Practice was exceptional , they seen me afterhours and did Root Canal on a molar , the staff were most helpful and caring , the Dentist herself was so caring and did a great job . I am immensely grateful and cannot recommend this Practice highly enough.
Flew all across from England to Albania with excellent support from the staff and my trip was worth traveling the miles as they restored my smile and confidence. The staff where amazing and friendly.
