The doctor is very professional and polite. The clinic is fancy, and well equipped. They helped us a lot with our emergency problem with swollen tooth gum. I highly recommend it if you are in Tirana and have any tooth problem.

We went to see Dr. Enisa and it was just an amazing experience. She is so diligent, kind and informative. We travelled from London and got teeth cleaning and teeth whitening service, some composite filling and ofcourse great tips and recommendations on how to better care for our teeth. Location was also extremely good! We will definitely be back and I would greatly recommend her.
Lovely, friendly and skilled doctor. I just sent message via WhatsApp that I suspect spreading infection in my mouth. I got time to doctor in three hours from message. They did everything perfectly and saved my holiday. I'm so thankful

Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience, and I'm more than sure that the reviews of this clinic are bought. I ended up in the hospital at night with terrible toothache. I didn't ask this doctor to do anything. I wanted to numb my situation because I already had an appointment with my dentist. abruptly and right under the tooth, instead of where the inflammation was. First, anesthesia is injected into the gum and below to reduce pain. But she abruptly gave an injection into the inflamed area. I thought I would die in this clinic from the pain. I cried a lot, and in my 30 years, I have never seen such a dentist!! She tried to convince me that I didn't have a nerve in my tooth, but she didn't see the x-ray. I told her that the x-ray showed that I did have a nerve in my tooth. She started pecking at my dentist. After all the horror she did to my tooth, my cheek was very swollen, the pain did not stop, and I had to go to another clinic that night. Just today I had my tooth fixed, and my pain immediately went away and I feel great. This woman charged me 15,000 lek 🤦🏻♀️ for causing me pain, not fixing my tooth, and leaving me in terrible pain. I strongly advise everyone to go to the dentist based on recommendations. Google reviews can be fake!

Therefore, in such cases, anesthesia is administered closer to the inflamed area—this is a standard and medically sound practice aimed at achieving maximum pain relief. You had a follow-up appointment scheduled for 7:00 PM today, but you didn't show up, despite being informed that you could contact us at any time if you were experiencing discomfort. All procedures at our clinic are video recorded for safety and quality control purposes. The recording confirms that the treatment was performed correctly and professionally; however, due to confidentiality, we cannot publish it. It is also important to note that the treatment cost included all procedures performed, emergency treatment, and a final filling to ensure complete coverage and protection after the procedure. Our doctor never comments on or evaluates the work of other specialists, as this is contrary to medical ethics. Have just been to ED Dental Clinic today after experiencing the worst possible pain with my wisdom tooth. I was on holiday in Albania really panicking about that to do but I phoned them and they saw me immediately and managed to extract my tooth in no time.
