I have been a patient for many years of this practice for many years and dr Enisa Dushaj is an exceptional dentist, Excellent service.

Dr. Enisa and the entire team were all very professional and competent. I highly recommend them. Absolutely recommended, I was happy with my smile, I went urgently due to an accident I had and the kindness and professionalism in their care was what gave me peace of mind and security with them...nice people despite not speaking the same language. ...they tried to do their best to make me feel safe...and the work they did for me was perfect...thank you very much Dr Enisa Dushaj
I went for emergency treatment for two teeth. The team was really very friendly, and dentist Enisa did a fantastic job, even though it wasn't a sure thing given the state of my teeth. She was very meticulous and took the time to do things properly despite a busy schedule. I highly recommend this dentist. Thank you.

I'll tell my experience without any opinion. It was Sunday, most of the bigger dental clinic closed, I just wanted to do regular cleaning and check ,that was the best rated open clinic. I asked the doctor to check for any decay, she said I have 2! It wasn unexpected but I trusted her and asked her to fill them, she gave me another appointment in the same day, I came back and she did them. While…

drilling the second tooth, she said that the next one which is already filed with the black filling is also affected and need to be cleaned and refill, but it's going to take longer, she also recommended doing x-ray to show if I have any more decays. I came in the next day did the x-ray, they wanted me to sign some desclamanation, and she told me that I have few more filled teeth with decays. At this moment I start to suspect that she's confused by the old black fillings, and I wanted to have a second opinion first. I left without doing anything else, went to another dental clinic (with much more reviews) and the doctor there checked and had a look at the x-ray and told me that I have no decays or anything!

Hello, we have carefully reviewed your feedback and would like to provide a clarification regarding your experience at our clinic. On January 14, 2024, you contacted our clinic to book an appointment for dental consultation and teeth cleaning. We accepted your request and during the examination of your oral health, we used an intraoral camera to assess the condition of your teeth since an x-ray was not available at the time. We explained the observed problems to you and recommended a more detailed examination with an x-ray. Additionally, you expressed your interest in teeth cleaning,and the procedure that we followed was airflow, also we scheduled an appointment with your request on the same day at 18:00, specifically for treaty of tooth numbers 35 and 45. On January 15, 2024, you had your next appointment, which was the third appointment in the series. During this visit, you were provided with an x-ray, which revealed issues with teeth numbers 21, 25, and 27. We explained the condition of these teeth problems to you, and you decided to take more time to consider the treatment plan. We want to emphasize that at no point did our clinic take advantage of your status as a foreigner. We took great care to explain each procedure of the dental treatment plan in detail, and we obtained your approval for every procedure carried out. We are responsible for the examinations and services we provide, but we cannot comment on the work of other doctors or the examinations you may have received elsewhere. We regret that you feel our clinic did not adequately address your concerns. If you had any doubts or felt that the dentist may have confused black fillings (amalgam fillings) with damaged teeth, why you did not express your concerns or ask for further clarification during your appointments? Regarding the professional preparation of our dentists, we prefer not to comment directly. However, we would like to highlight that our dentists have obtained diplomas from renowned dental schools and have undergone training in countries such as the USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more. We believe that the satisfaction of our patients and the quality of the dental treatments they receive speak for themselves. Lastly, we want to assure you that we take full responsibility for every dental service we offer, and we provide a guarantee for every dental treatment we perform. I had an amazing experience at ED Dental Clinic. I was solo travelling in Albania and had intense wisdom tooth pain. Dr Enisa Dushaj took such good care of me, booking me in for an appointment the day I contacted her office and removed my tooth that afternoon. I have only good things to say about the practice. I needed urgent treatment for severe toothache and was seen right away. I received super-professional care. The dentist is very friendly and made me feel at ease. I felt better very quickly. I would come back anytime.
Located in the city centre, very professional, kind and helpful. I had emergency operation, made the appointment through whatsapp in the morning, and was treated in the afternoon on the same day. Highly recommended!

Totally TRUST in this team. I had three crowns, a flipper and night guard made. Great English. The lab tech actually came to the office to check fit and colour for herself. Perfectionists and professional. Cost 80% less than in Canada.

I used to get my teeth cleaned quickly and painfully at other places, which made me afraid to get them done again. Then a student from Argentina recommended this place. Dr. Enisa was very friendly, and she cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, taking quite a while, probably because my teeth hadn't been cleaned in a while. That time, the cleaning was much more comfortable than before, unlike the pain I experienced. The only problem is the price, which was the same as other places: 2000 leks. On my second visit, I also got braces, and the doctor even filled the loose wire for free. Excellent service, and a very clean place.
She grinded down my teeth way too much when replacing my vaneers. They hurt for far too long. They are ok now after one year. She did a good job with the vaneers but she should have told me how long my teeth would hurt for after doing the work. And i spoke to another dentist and he told me she shouldnt have grinded my teeth so much. I appreciate the nice vaneers and she corrected my bite which was…

great but I would not go to her again. Fix her grinding obsession and she will be a fantastic dentist. She also helped create space between my teeth so that i can floss correctly. So now my teeth and bite are excellent. These vaneers better last for a very long time, I dont want to have to go through that rough experience again. They look real and dont show any signs of breaking after one year. They were emax vanners. My previous ones looked fake and also broke easily thats why i got them replaced.

If the treatment had involved excessive grinding or improper technique, it would be difficult to understand how you are satisfied with your new smile and the bite correction, both of which were carefully done by our doctor.
