Definitely a place where they make you feel comfortable. Dr. Escalera explains everything in detail and answered all my questions so I could determine the best treatment. Diana listens to you and gives you the peace of mind you need to know you're in the right place. María is an excellent coordinator. There's a great team.

e feel comfortable the entire time. And just when I thought the visit couldn’t get any better, the goodie bag surprised me! (Definitely not your usual toothbrush and toothpaste). Parking was super accessible and free. A great deal, especially in this area. They even emailed me the completed health insurance reimbursement form within an hour of leaving the office (talk about efficiency)! If you’re looking for a dental clinic that truly cares and values your time, this is the place.

The service starts from the moment you park, very attentive, and then you enter and are greeted with great kindness. The best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I'm a huge fear of going to the dentist, and Nurse Janice treated me with care and love, just like Dr. Pastrana. I recommend anyone who's afraid of going to the dentist to come here because the quality and the care they provide are something else.

I would not recommend this dental office, especially if you’re an expat. I chipped my teeth surfing and went here for composite bonding. The procedure was extremely painful, and the bondings chipped multiple times afterward. I also purchased a retainer that cracked after only a few months. They replaced it, but the second one cracked as well. When I later went to a dentist in the U.S., they…

y explained that the material used for the retainer was not durable and had to redo my bondings. That experience was painless and the results were much better. Looking back, it would have been cheaper and far less stressful to just fly stateside for treatment. Expats should be cautious, in my experience, the quality here did not hold up.
