Very professional, knowledgeable and caring staff. The work done on the first visit of removing bad teeth, and broken implants and putting in 9 implants required for full upper and lower bridges went very smoothly. We look forward to returning when the implant surgery has fully healed to return to Sonria. The do top notch work.

regarding the state of my teeth everytime I would go to a dentist after years of playing ice hockey taking a toll on my mouth and losing some teeth along the way. They were great at first explaining the whole process and helping me schedule my trips down here. I am so glad I made the decision to come here and get a full mouth restoration done via dental implants, as opposed to going the route of traditional dentures. I am forever grateful to the team at Sonria for giving me the confidence again to want to even smile again. And for that I am forever grateful!!!

first class experience i would highly recommend. great dental care at 1/4 of the price in the US, they handled everything from airport pick up, to transportation to and from the appointments, recommended accommodations, helped me plan weekend fun. I felt very safe, enjoyed costa rica can't wait to go back. very modern facilities as well!
The Sonia Dental Clinic reviews prompted my reservation to have implants, replacing 4 upper front teeth. The Doctor's experience and professional expertise was obvious as my 4 damaged teeth were extracted and implants set in the bone.. A temporary teeth flipper was fitted that worked very well. I had to have extensive work done and to crown all of my teeth. Words cannot properly express how I feel about the gentleness, kindness and skills of this group. Oriana in particular, as my main dentist was exceptional but they were all spectacular. Nobody will ever do any work on my teeth but these people. Truly amazing and frankly life changing for me.
Highly recommended, by far the best. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much to the entire team.

y procedure). I'm extremely impressed with the people and the end result of my treatment. I am a skeptic and honestly don't trust doctors. I haven't been to a dentist in 9 years (no cavities or problems whatsoever) because I take charge of all aspects of my own health. I recently had an accident in which I suffered trauma to the face and lost a couple teeth which affected my ability to eat and work. The doctors at the clinic were able to accurately assess my needs before arrival via an x-ray and photos I sent. Upon arrival they were able to confirm my needs and took out unnecessary steps to the treatment plan which made me feel very confident that they aren't just trying to sell me as much as possible. In the end everything worked out perfectly and I'm on the road to eating normally again.

is a general dentist in the states and even he could not come close to the pricing I received - I had most of my restoration work done over an initial two week stay then returned a year later to have my implant abutments and crowns installed. I am thrilled with the end result and wish I had taken action years ago. I now have a beautiful , functional mouth full of healthy teeth. If you are considering doing this and need reassurance ask Howard to connect you with me - I’m a real”guy” no one has paid me anything for this review - I enjoyed everyone at the clinic Oriana and Esteban have created a very special place - we already have tentative plans to return and have work done on both my Wife and sons teeth. When I returned to the states I had the work inspected by my Brother in law and his Hygienist ( who also works for an Implantologist ) and was told the work was first rate. The work I had done plus the cost of airfare and hotels was still 50 percent less than Usa pricing. Thanks again Oriana, Esteban, Karla - and Thank You Howard for taking the time thru dozens of emails to help allay my fears of seeking medical/dental treatment abroad !

What seemed like a nice clinic turned out not to be so great in the end. I gave them a five star rating because they were nice people and the work seemed fine. I received an implant and crown from this clinic, but after one year, the implant failed and I lost the implant and the crown. I feel foolish. They were less expensive than other clinics, but I have learned my lesson.

Just had a root canal, almost pain free until the last canal. They asked me numerous times if I wanted novacane and I finally said yes. I didn't feel any more pain and it was smooth sailing after that. Coming back in a month to finish the rest of my mouth and I cannot wait. I've never said that about a dental appointment in my life!

She explained everything she did, she listened to my concerns and took them in consideration. .of course I hoped for a good result but didn’t expect my new teeth to look so good and feel so comfortable! I visited my dentist upon returning to USA and he was very impressed too. I can’t recommend Dr Gonzales enough! Not mentioning a very pleasant 2 weeks stay in Rohrmoser area if San Jose., in one of the AirB&B places suggested by Dr Gonzales.
