Erlyn offered me Botox to treat my bruxism, telling me it wouldn't affect my appearance. Without asking about allergies or anything, she injected a very high dose of Botox into my face, leaving it paralyzed. The muscles I use to smile are completely paralyzed! I asked her about her certifications and accreditations to perform the procedure, and she disappeared, leaving me with serious emotional…

and physical problems for the next three to six months. I find her treatment extremely unprofessional, especially since she claims to perform treatments she has no knowledge of and then disappears when asked for explanations and accountability. I requested my medical records and her accreditations, and she stopped responding. I really do not recommend her, and I hope no one else has to go through this.
I'm very happy with my results !! I got composite veneers 10 teeth on top and 10 on bottom with no shaving required on my teeth. My teeth look white and natural , thanks Dr Pulvet . I highly recommend!!!
