They give you the wrong parking address, they don't answer, I don't recommend it, it's too difficult to park, and the parking lots they give you have addresses in the square and at the Curitiba shopping mall, while the other is far from the location. vague responses via WhatsApp, such as "we will check" or "we will get back to you later," without any effective follow-up, despite several attempts to contact them. It is evident that, from the moment the service became available through insurance plans, the interest ceased to exist. I understand that insurance plans may not be financially attractive, but then it is legitimate to question: why be listed as an accredited professional if there is no real willingness to treat these patients? The situation is a waste of time and gives a feeling of lack of transparency with the consumer. If there is no interest in serving insurance plans, the most correct thing would be not to be accredited.
