An example of competence, efficiency, perfectionism, love for the job, and respect for the patient. Dr. Ana is a professional who conveys confidence in all phases of treatment, mainly because she is always up-to-date. She has become the dentist for my whole family!

Terrible! My daughter is only 2 and a half years old, and because I'm a pediatric dentist, I went to this clinic. Another doctor used to treat my daughter there, but she left, and Dr. Ana continued my daughter's treatment. daughter like she would yell at an adult. In one of the last appointments, she told my daughter to be quiet! (YELLING!) Even the other doctor looked at me, shocked by her behavior. In the last appointment, she hurt my daughter's mouth badly, hitting her gums, and it bled a lot. For two days, my daughter complained of severe pain. The tooth in question was a back tooth, and the bleeding was in the front! Terrible service. A person like that is not fit to treat children. A pediatric dentist is supposed to take care of children's oral health and should have patience and composure when dealing with agitated children, not losing control and treating the patient like an animal! NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS CLINIC! I WOULDN'T WISH WHAT MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT THROUGH ON ANY MOTHER!

Good afternoon! First of all, it's important to point out that this is an isolated case, as we have never had any complaints before. According to the patient's own account, she is very young and therefore does not yet understand the need for dental treatment and its complexity. She has several procedures (some already performed in our office) and others yet to be done. We informed the mother of the need to continue these treatments and, as the patient is not very cooperative, we recommended that she continue with a professional who uses sedation (nitrous oxide). We even offered to recommend a professional. However, if at any point during the treatment the mother felt uncomfortable with the way it was conducted, we emphasize that at no time was the intention to displease her, but rather to resolve the problem in the best possible way! Therefore, we ask patients to always inform us of any dissatisfaction so that we can resolve it in the best possible way!
