The prices are extremely competitive and they really go above and beyond to carry out your treatment to a tight timeframe. The Long Review: Where do I begin with my review of this lovely little gem of a dental office.. From the moment I contacted the clinic (amongst almost 20 others in Serbia and the Ukraine) I felt really at ease with Dr Popovic. He contacted me quickly and was happy to answer questions and offer suggestions. I made my decision to go with this place pretty quickly after speaking to Dr Nemanja Popovic, mostly because of his easy manner and the timeframe he offered – which fitted perfectly with my requirements. Once I arrived in Belgrade, I was picked up from the airport and I quickly fell in love with the city. It’s a really beautiful and interesting place that feels incredibly safe. Which, as a woman travelling alone, was really important and made my trip a real breeze. Apartments and hotels are lovely and really kept to a high standard. In terms of treatment, it was not Dr Popvic that carried mine out as I didn’t receive dental implants and he is a surgeon. It was mainly the wonderful and capable Dr Ivana Stamenic who handled my treatment, along with the straight-talking Dr Maja Manojlovic who carried out my 7 root canals (!) Dr Ivana is a young dentist who can do pretty much everything! She is very confident and genuinely seems to care about your well-being and (for me incredibly important) aesthetics. She has a great eye and was extremely helpful to me in figuring out what changes to make in order for my crowns and bridge to look good. She was also just so hard-working and dedicated throughout my treatment, I cannot praise her enough. Dr Popvic was also wonderful. He is very easy to get along with and was always available to ask questions of, or to offer advice and just generally around during treatment to smooth things over – as he has a such an easy and clear manner, so helpful when you are in a foreign country and everyone is speaking a different language. Dr Ivana was capable and hard-working, and even came in on her day off at the drop of a phonecall as I was in pain. My case was very complicated and I have been looking into options for quite some time so, as somewhat a bit of an armchair expert – I am not easily impressed - and at this point I am incredibly happy! I am returning in the next month or so for final treatment and some tweaking and will post a second review as soon as everything is finished. My highest praises to the Dr’s who I am eternally grateful to and who I am looking forward to going back to see! recent X-ray, which shows the problem. There's also a CT scan, which clearly shows the third, untreated root canal. UPDATE I repeat, there's a CT scan, which SEEMS that the third root canal is NOT treated at all, and that's where the cyst is. There was no information about a blocked root canal during the appointment. The CT scan shows a large, open root canal, so the talk about obliteration is simply a lie. Even if it really was blocked, that's no reason to just leave it as is!!! There are specific treatment protocols for this case, using a microscope and so on... Conclusion: the doctor simply missed the third canal in a three-canal tooth, and this attempt to justify it only highlights your incompetence. Regarding your attempt to contact me: I responded positively to your message asking to speak, but you never called. We're willing to show you a CT scan, which clearly shows the results of your treatment, but you're not interested. It's a shame you're not even willing to take responsibility for your mistakes. This speaks volumes about the clinic.

I would especially like to highlight the doctor's work — precise, calm movements, truly "golden hands". I did not feel any pain or discomfort. The entire procedure lasted about 15 minutes, after which I was able to go home. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and gently the anesthesia wore off. The doctor prescribed the dose very precisely, so that I could feel my lips and drink water normally after leaving the office. I would especially like to emphasize the high level of hygiene and sterility in the office. Both the doctor and the assistant work extremely carefully and conscientiously. Unfortunately, negligence in hygiene is often seen in dental offices, but here it is not at all. The doctor is extremely professional and meticulous when it comes to sterility and work standards, and for that he deserves great respect. I would also like to praise the administrator: — quick and clear answers — assistance with scheduling — detailed explanations of all important information She does her job with the utmost professionalism and with great dedication to patients. Today is the second day after the implant, and I feel completely normal: — no pain — no major swelling (no “half face”, as is often written on the internet) — healing is going smoothly and without problems I am very happy that I finally decided to have this procedure and that I made the right choice of doctor. I am delighted and can recommend Dr. Nemanja Popović with full confidence.
