p teeth were left with no enamel. I was facing emergency dental work over and o er in the near future. the only affordable option I had in the states was to remove my teeth and have dentures So, i turned to Costa Rica and found Dr.Urzola. Ionly did the top teeth this time because of cost. I needed one root canal and twelve crowns. i was told by my US denstist it would cost betweek 20 to 30K, depending on what they found when they went in. With Urzola dentistry, I was quoted $5700 from the beginning for top of the line Zirconia crowns and that was my final total. Oh, and i am in process on one titanium implant. He charged $800 to set the post and the crown will be $500. That' only $1300 total They really offer concierge service and will book you a car from the airport, arrange a hotel room that is less than a block away, and even offer laundry service. And you can see a bit of beautiful Costa Rica while you get your teeth fixed! pics show gaps from enamel loss and then restoration of top. SOOOOOO Happy!

I loved the experience I had at Dr Urzola’s office getting a 2 arch 6 over 6 implants. I have the acrylic temporaries now but I’m going back next month for my permanent Zirconia implants. They were all very accommodating with booking my hotel, pain medication, friendly and knowledgeable. I love them so much. arranged everything from the hotel next door, refrigerator and microwave in my room, laundry service at the hotel, everything was seamless. All in all, my experience with Dr Urzola’s office was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone who wants full service implants.

Although we opted to stay at another hotel nearby, we missed out on the amazing hotel they offer next door with many, many great food and shopping experiences right next to the dental office. Don’t be discouraged by the Holiday Inn Express name, the hotel is very nice and so convenient to the office. Cristina is an absolutely amazing coordinator for all appointments, hotel stays and transportation! If she recommends it, please follow her advice! You won’t be disappointed at all! The trip to Costa Rica from Florida has been awesome and I look forward to returning in 4 months for my permanents. I highly recommend Dr. Esteban Urzola for any dental needs! Pura Vida!!

been quoted in the United States. Cristina suggested that I stay at Urban Flats, which is just a couple of miles from their dental office… maybe a five-minute drive. I found that Urban Flats is a clean, modern, and very safe location. She also advised that upon my arrival, I would be picked up at the airport in a timely fashion at no additional charge. The driver took me straight to the gated community of Urban Flats and even helped me find and check into the unit I had booked. When I arrived at Urzola Dentistry, I found the facility to be spotless and comfortable with state-of-the-art dental equipment and appliances that rival the best facilities in the US. At this time, I met Cristina, and I also met Beatriz, Dr. Urzola’s Dental Concierge. Beatriz, along with Cristina, makes things happen. They are both wonderfully effective in making everything work; they pay close attention to detail. I found Dr. Esteban Urzola to be genuine and passionate about his clients, friends, and family. In the short time I have gotten to know him, I must attest that I am proud to call him my friend. As I was guided into the chair, Dr. Urzola handed me a small paper cup containing a potion he advised would help me to relax. I settled back into the chair and closed my eyes to avoid looking directly into the bright dentistry light. What happened next is almost indescribable. Although I kept my eyes closed, I was wide awake for the whole procedure. A few times, I heard him say, “Open,” I guess because I got lax in keeping my mouth open. But here is what I struggled with… THERE WAS NO PAIN!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!! I had no sensation of the three extractions, the insertion of four implants into my lower jaw (both sides), not during the bone graft on the right side of my jaw, nor the stitching of my gums. No sensation, BUT I WASN’T DREAMING; I WAS WIDE AWAKE!! This is what I am unable to reconcile. Because in the blink of an eye, he said I could get up… the procedures were complete. I wish that I had kept the time, but I didn’t. I don’t know if it took an hour or less, or possibly a few hours, for the complete treatment accomplished by Dr. Urzola. He advanced my procedures with meticulous precision; his skillset must be the best in the Western Hemisphere. On the last day, before catching my flight home the next day, I was fitted with two temporary bridges on some of my natural teeth. This is the only slight discomfort I felt (other than my slightly swollen jaw from the bone graft) that lasted a few days when I got home, while my teeth shifted and adjusted to the temporary bridges. There was no pain the attest to, just a slight discomfort, unbelievable as it may seem. As I was leaving Urzola Dentistry, I asked Beatriz for the location of a local store where I could purchase some ice cream. It started to rain, slightly, but Beatriz, being the sweetheart that she is, walked with me in the rain to show me where a local store was around the corner from the dentistry. She had the driver pick me up at the store in short order. In conclusion, I met some wonderful people in a beautiful country, in addition to being the recipient of cost-effective and painless dental procedures… a win-win. Dr. Esteban Urzola and his team are par excellence, bar none. He is the best… and then… there's all the rest!

I reach out to Dr. Urzola after researching many other facilities in the area. My experience with him and his Team was first class all the way. I had a full mouth reconstruction which was completed in March 2025 and could not be happier. I was very impressed with the stae of the art facilities and I cannot say enough about the staff. They made the process so easy.
I traveled from New Hampshire to Costa Rica to see Dr Urzola for dental work. I was quoted $70 grand in the states by multiple surgeons to replace all of my molars with implants. Dr Urzola was able to rebuild my teeth for 1/5 of the price, but without sacrificing quality. I had 10 teeth extracted including wisdom teeth, bone grafting, sinus lift and 8 implants. English. Dr Urzola is not egotistical like most American dentists, Cristina, the coordinator is absolutely amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. Hotel, fast food, grocery and restaurants nearby makes it extremely convenient, you don't even need to rent a car. I will never get dental work done in the states again. Costa Rica is a beautiful and safe country. I am so thankful to Dr Urzola for the effort he has put into rebuilding my teeth.
