Dr. Urzola is just the best! I'm from the US and the quality of his work is better than any dentist I've had, for way much less cost. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes out of the way to make sure they are satisfied. And they are! Would highly recommend to anyone, can't stress this enough.

I received better care at Urzola Dentistry than in my 42 years of twice-a-year dental visits in the United States. From my first interaction with Beatrize at the front desk, to Jose who handled airport transportation, to the dental assistants and Dr. Urzola himself, every part of the experience was exceptional. The team was prompt, organized, and extremely thorough. From the initial quote to hotel arrangements and airport pickup, everything happened exactly as planned. Dr. Urzola spent about 40 minutes with me in his office—not in the dental chair—clearly explaining my options and the details of each procedure. He welcomed questions, listened carefully, and has impeccable bedside manner. I appreciated that other specialists, including an endodontist, were on staff that day. I had three implant screws placed and a tooth extracted, yet experienced minimal pain or inflammation the following day. The entire experience was impeccable—and the cost being about one-quarter of what I was quoted in the U.S. was simply icing on the cake.

For years I wanted to go through this medical and aesthetic process but was unsure where to go. Finding Urzola Dentistry was the best decision I could have made. It's been 10 days since I had an all in 6 upper and lower implants done. So far and hoping there will be no complications the experience with Dr . Urzola and his whole staff has been definitely a first class one.They have arranged everything to be easy, right next to hotel , pharmacy , fresh market and Momentum restaurants nearby is definitely a plus , adding to that the gentle nature of Costa Rican people in general . Coming back in 4 months for the final Zirconia phase. Couldn't be happier with decision made so far.

My uncle helped me coordinate visiting with Dr. Urzola's office. I needed a lot of expensive work done, work that I would never be able to afford in the United States. Everything was very easy, once I booked my flight the staff worked with me via WhatsApp to get me from the airport to the hotel, and then to their office which is very near by. The staff at Dr. Urzola's office speaks English, if you are not bi-lingual it won't be a problem for you. They are all very kind, understanding, and gentle people. I was scared to begin the services that I needed, but knowing I was in such good hands really made things so much easier. I am truly grateful for my beautiful smile and I would encourage anyone who is considering visiting this office to stop thinking about it and just do it.

The care I have received from Dr. Urzola and his team has been exceptional! They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered every question. I never felt pressured and was encouraged to take as much time as I wanted to make decisions. They eased the stress of medical travel by taking care of all lodging and transportation needs allowing us to simply rest and recover. After airfare the cost came to 1/3 what I would have spent at home. Even if costs were all the same, I would be hard pressed to not choose Dr. Urzola again. Health care is simply different in Costa Rica.

I came to Urzola Dentistry to have a full set of implants done, and upon doing X-ray and 3d scans, Dr. Esteban advised me that it made more sense to keep my teeth in tact because my foundations were really good. We decided to go with a full set of crowns, and 3 individual implants with a deep gum cleaning. The crowns look so good and fit so well, my confidence has skyrocketed to an all time high because not only are they white, but they’re perfectly straight, while maintaining a natural appearance. Beyond all that, the whole team at Urzola make you feel extremely welcomed as if you’re family. They’re very accommodating with your hotel as well, ensuring you have easy access to the office. It is very worth the trip to Costa Rica to visit the Urzola team!
