I visited the clinic a few days ago, my dentist was Dr. Vassilev. Then the problem was temporarily solved with a filling and the pain subsided, which is why root canal treatment was not done. Instead, I was formally redirected to another doctor, without explanation and without elementary respect for a patient who had already been treated there. The fact that during the previous visit the pain subsided and I did not immediately have root canal treatment, does not justify such arrogant and dismissive attitude during the next visit. Such behavior is unacceptable, no matter how busy the clinic is. I believe that professionalism is not only in the treatment, but also in the attitude towards the patient, something that was categorically lacking here. I would not recommend this doctor.

Mr. Hristov, we are sorry to see that you were dissatisfied, but your review is not entirely true. Dr. Vassilev saw you on 31.03.26. During the first visit, he noticed a crack in tooth number 47. Your complaints were about severe pain, but because you had taken painkillers, there was no way to test the tooth for vitality and the doctor decided that tooth 47 might still be vital. The next day, you called the clinic and said that your tooth hurt, whereupon Dr. Vassilev saw you for the second time and explained to you that the tooth in question was diagnosed with pulp necrosis and needed to be treated. During your second visit on 02.04.26, scheduled for a 90-minute treatment, you came but refused to treat your tooth because you did not have pain at the time. Dr. Vassilev tested your tooth and it turned out that the tooth really has pulp necrosis and needs to be treated, but you refused because it doesn't hurt. Dr. Vassilev warned you that due to the diagnosis of "pulp necrosis" this tooth will hurt you sooner or later and that he has no free hours until after 13.04.26 (Easter) and he has patients traveling to and from abroad and he cannot give you another appointment. On 06.04.26, when you came for the third time to say that you have tooth pain 47, Dr. Vassilev redirected you to Dr. Georgiev.
I am extremely satisfied with the service of the Clinic. The staff is polite and kind, the hygiene is at a high level. Thanks to Dr. Georgiev for the quick reception, I had a tooth with an infection and severe pain, the doctor works quite carefully, precisely and quickly. Against the background of the arbitrariness with the euro, the prices of the clinic are decent.
I want to thank Dr. Petar Vassilev and his team. Professional and attentive approach. Petar explains the procedures in detail and knows how to calm the patient. I visited the office for tartar removal. After the procedure, I felt a roughness in my lower right tooth that I had not had before. A subsequent examination by another dentist revealed damage to the tooth wall. In addition, despite the cleaning, visible stains remained on the teeth. Unfortunately, additional cleaning and treatment will be required.

At the cash register, the woman who told us 550 BGN a week ago now tells us 650 BGN. "Why?" I ask and get "We have a price increase," which we calmly told them that we would not pay and that we would certainly pay what was announced to us a week ago. They agreed, but without any "Sorry for the misunderstanding" "It's our mistake" We just came for the third time and after 40 minutes passed after our lesson we left. The positive comments are close and paid - 100%. It couldn't be any other way Customer service - 0 Crazy.

I've never been treated better than a dentist. Dr. Petar Chaushev removed all of my wisdom teeth (four in total) without any problem or pain. He is always competent, ready to help, funny, confident and he loves his job. I can trust him for anything he tells me. Even if the prices are a little bit higher than other clinics, I prefer to give more, but to be treated with care and attention.
This is the most professional dental clinic in Bulgaria with the possibility of root canal treatment using a microscope. It was immediately obvious that the doctor knew what he was doing and took responsibility, although the chances were not great. After the critical situation was resolved, I treated other teeth with a microscope, and that tooth was safely removed by Dr. Petar Chaushev, since it could no longer be saved. I want to say that I have never met such a professional doctor. I definitely recommend Dr. Chaushev’s dental clinic to anyone who wants professional dental treatment in Bulgaria, even if you are in another city or country. Believe me, it's worth it. Feeling overcharged and want to check with other patients about this please, so to clean my teeth and to have one filling was 370 lev, does that sound correct for Bulgaria, would that be a normal local price?
