Thank you to Dr. Polaková for her empathetic approach to children, she has my great admiration. he sits down, he's relaxed, he has any examination or procedure done. During his first procedure, he was only about two years old, he had four teeth pulled and everything went completely calmly. He even looked forward to his next visit to play there and get a toy. But it's mainly about the approach of the doctor and the nurses to the children, they speak directly to them, address them by name, explain everything to them and specifically show them in advance what they will do and with what tools, they praise them during the entire procedure, play a fairy tale for them and do everything as quickly as possible. I really appreciate it and can only recommend it 😊

examined every visit, even though the situation is always so uncomfortable - my son is simply really scared + has a mental disability and it's not easy. I'm aware of this, so I try to do everything I can to make the examination go quickly, but as efficiently as possible. And the fact that my son screams or has to be held is more of an excuse on my part as a parent, but unfortunately. He needs an examination, there are 4 of us at the same time at Mrs. Doctor's and if we had to persuade my son, Mrs. Doctor never comes to the house 🫣. I don't know if it will ever get better and my son will stop being afraid - because he wouldn't be able to be treated in the chair anyway, so it's really just about opening his mouth and checking his teeth. But I'm grateful, very grateful, that after a really long period when no one wanted to treat him regularly, he finally has regular check-ups. I think if we had had the doctor from the beginning, everything would be different. I dare say that the other two children are without problems ☺️. I consider the doctor to be a professional. She never spoke arrogantly to me like some people write here and she never spoke badly to the children - I don't think it suits her either, because the doctor seems really nice. The only thing I can really agree with is the nurse. She really is unnecessarily educational sometimes - a little advice, don't lose your appointment cards :-). But nothing dramatic, at least not for me, I'm an adult and I can handle it :-)... She's never been mean to my children... So if you're looking for a dentist for your family or just for yourself and the doctor has free capacity, I definitely RECOMMEND.

I want to say that my daughter's experience in this is amazing and I almost envy her when I compare it to what I experienced at my dentist. People and doctors like that need to be respected. I went for dental hygiene, the doctor was very nice, the price included local anesthesia, so the treatment was painless and faster than I expected.
