When I walk past this office on the sidewalk, I can't help but be amazed. Through the window, you can see up to the patient's neck. Where is there any discretion? Edit: Problems understanding the written text? I didn't write that I was at your office, I wrote "when I walk past", that is enough to state that there is no discretion. By the way, I was at your office - for dental hygiene, once and for…

Reply from the clinic

Hello, we would like to report this review, the patient has never been to our office.

Gabriela Molnárová via Google 1.0 out of 5
The doctor was arrogant, condescending, very tactless and without looking into my daughter's mouth, after 5 minutes she made different diagnoses than the doctors from whom we had a request with a written and verified diagnosis. With her diagnosis, she only attacked the parents and completely without knowing or asking about the child's medical history. Even my three-year-old child asked why the…

doctor was angry. A terrible experience, we refused to have the surgery and I hope we will never visit this office again.

We want to thank Dr. Agata Poláková very much for helping our daughter!!! Even though we are not her patients, she responded so quickly and helpfully to an urgent case. The staff's approach was professional and perfect. They found an approach to the child and the doctor explained everything to us clearly and recommended how to proceed. It is clear that she loves her job and enjoys doing it. It…

t would be good if there were more doctors like her.

Dr. Agáta is very kind to children, she explains everything, reassures, calms them down, discusses the procedure with the parents, we agree on it and then she works quickly. With a fairy tale in front of our eyes and counting to ten, everything goes better ;) I must not forget the nurses, both of them are also kind and kind. A small, nice, clean waiting room with a children's corner and a toilet…

is enough, because we go exactly at the appointed time, just great. At DOMADENT, they of course work with X-rays, colored fillings and crowns for children. Thank you and we look forward to the check-up.

I would like to thank Dr. Agáta Poláková for her willingness to take me in for treatment with a swollen face and very painful teeth despite the crowded waiting room. She quickly opened my inflamed gum, cleaned everything, suctioned it out, treated me with antibiotics and helped me tremendously so that I could continue working again and recover from an extensive infection. Last year, I also had a…

great experience with her, being in the care of a complete expert, because she pulled out three of my teeth at once, then replaced them with a prosthesis and everything is fine. Until then, I had suffered from headaches and toothaches, and several doctors I had been to constantly recommended reconstruction of the entire dentition from 200 thousand CZK and above, and this was not even possible for me after a bone check and admission. I am extremely happy that she took me into her care, she has a kind attitude and behaves wonderfully with the children, which we hear while waiting. She always explains by example what she will do to them, how it will help them, and together with her staff, they are an absolute oasis for everyone who is lucky enough to come to her, she really always helps.

Today we visited the office for the second time. The staff was very nice, the treatment was completely professional. The dentist explains everything, makes sure that nothing hurts, communicates during the treatment, has a calm voice, the nurse is kind. She explains everything in advance, informs, gives the option of choice. The procedure was without complications, the dentist pulled out my son's…

tooth - she can work perfectly with children, her empathy is incredible. On the next visit, she drilled my son's tooth, he didn't hurt at all, the filling is holding, everything is in perfect order. I am happy that we found this office, I would wish such a dentist for all children and not only them. Thank you very much. ❤️

Thank you for the quick and calm treatment of my son. He doesn't need the dentist much, but the nurse and the doctor kept him entertained... Etnox made a great impression and in 15 minutes we were leaving satisfied and with a smile. Thank you Tomanová

I cannot recommend it as a dental office for children. Yes, it looks beautiful, they have Entonox, but... My daughter likes doctors and dentists, she has never been afraid and she cooperates. Her teeth are close together, so we clean them with interdental brushes and dental floss. However, when she developed a cavity after six ATBs in six months, she had it drilled out, but not filled. Our dentist…

t recommended this office to us because of Entonox. The first contact over the phone should have alerted me that something was wrong. I said that I had a request, the child had a cavity drilled out, his tooth hurt and we just needed to fill it. The nurse offered me an appointment in April, it was the beginning of October. I asked if she was serious and repeated that my daughter had a toothache. After a few words with the doctor, she offered me an appointment the next day. The treatment went relatively smoothly, but the nurse was unpleasant, measured and behaved inappropriately and inappropriately to the situation. She constantly raised her voice at me, telling me to hold my daughter and especially her legs. When my daughter was treated, she was supposed to choose a gift, she was under the influence of Entonox and after a dental procedure, she is 3, she saw that box of crap for the first time and didn't grab the first thing she saw. So the nurse commented "let her move, she doesn't have all day to do it." The filling fell out after 3 days and we went again. This time there were 3 of them and me there for my daughter. Before I could say anything, they immediately grabbed her head, raised their voice at me, telling me to hold her arms and legs, the dentist managed to cover her eyes with one hand and lift her upper lip during the treatment. After this experience, my daughter wakes up at night, sometimes screaming, which I had never experienced before. Personally, it reminded me of rape. And when at the end the dentist casually told me that she had "ground away" a two-millimeter gap between my daughter's upper front teeth, just to make sure that food wouldn't get stuck there, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. The filling fell out again in 7 days. Progress. When I made my appointment on Monday, the nurse told me to come on Friday. This time my daughter didn't want to go to the dentist, but I talked her into it, saying that it was necessary so that her tooth wouldn't hurt. When we arrived on Friday, the nurse said that she meant the following Friday and that we should go home. My daughter didn't want to, she was already prepared to be treated and said that she wanted to go to the dentist. To that the nurse said, "Come on, we'll pull your tooth out." When we arrived the following week, we listened to the desperate crying of the child being treated in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. And the dentist's occasional cries of AU! When they took us inside, I said that I needed to talk to the dentist first. By the way, we learned that the previous little patient of the dentist had bitten off 2 fingers. The nurse very condescendingly urged me to lie down on the chair. I had to repeat several times that I was not lying down, that I needed to discuss something first and that I was uncomfortable lying there. I informed the dentist that I did not want today's treatment to be the same as last time and that I would not hold my daughter's legs and I did not want them to hold her head. I am not used to resisting authority and it was quite an unpleasant experience for me. The dentist's reaction was fine, she looked at my daughter's tooth and said that if it hurt, she would write us a request for treatment at CA. But she also threatened the risks, the cannula, several days of hospitalization and a preoperative examination. Meanwhile, the nurse told her daughter to choose a gift. And here comes the last straw. My stressed daughter, who was expecting someone to "smother" her again, took 1 sheet of Curaprox coloring books from the nurse. The nurse told her to thank her. My daughter was holding my hand, it was clear that she was afraid and just shook her head. The nurse told her to give her the coloring books back. My daughter obediently gave them back to her. The nurse told her arrogantly if she really didn't thank her. I said she must be ashamed. After a while, the dentist said that if she was ashamed, then let the nurse give them to her. I really wanted to cry and scream at the same time, so I took my daughter and we left. We will never go there again. The dentist is probably not a bad person, although I have doubts about her dental skills and whether the third filling would last longer than a week. But the nurse is from a completely different era and I think she is a person who simply should not be allowed near children.

Hello, I don't often add reviews, so I hesitated for a long time and only after a time gap, when the whole family had to absorb the last treatment and at the same time after today's visit to another dentist, did it become clear how much damage had been done. For us - Tooth extraction is the only solution to a child's tooth decay and, on top of that, an unpleasant experience for the child and the…

parents. The behavior of both the doctor and the nurse - tactless, arrogant expressions combined with inappropriate, haughty moralizing. Unfortunately, an unfortunate and sad experience that will not be easily forgotten.

Reply from the clinic

There are days and days… everyone knows that. Few people in Brno want to treat incurable children, I went this route despite it. We have helped many children, that always makes us happy. But then there are those who do not appreciate us. It is sad that people praise us personally, but few write a positive review, but they are not afraid to write a bad one. About this case. I know exactly who it is, although the lady probably wanted to be anonymous on Google. Son 5 years old, all baby teeth with huge cavities, unfortunately affecting the nerves. Boy untreatable elsewhere, so sent all the way from Olomouc to us. Despite screaming and crying, a basic X-ray was performed, when after the evaluation there was no good news. Some teeth already had such deep decay that the only way to save them was to clean the canals, but unfortunately the boy did not cooperate with that. In each visit he came with plaque on his teeth, each time with instructions and recommendations for proper tooth brushing, but in vain. The last visit they came urgently outside the appointment, at noon, they just called to say they were coming. No prior arrangement. Since we always take children urgently and the boy also had a temperature, which the mother did not even notice, swelling around the inflamed tooth, so we took them immediately. The extraction was carried out classically, with the application of anesthesia, the tooth was out within 5 seconds. The boy drained the pus accumulated around the tooth and I believe he felt relieved. However, the father assisted in the procedure, the mother did not notice the child throughout the treatment. The father behaved calmly and nicely. After the procedure, he held him in his arms in the waiting room, but the mother sat nearby again, not noticing the child with a temperature and after the procedure, where another inflamed tooth was torn due to insufficient cleaning. So we dared to ask if she was his mother. This is all from our arrogant and measured behavior. For goodness sake, begging. Instead of throwing ashes on their heads that my child has so many deep cavities, they are still disgusting to us. This is simply disgusting…. 😞

I was always afraid of dentists and thought that visiting them was the most dangerous thing that could happen. I now have a different opinion, the approach, speed, professionalism and certainty that everything will be OK are the first things in this office. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it. Now I really look forward to visiting them, and I am glad that Mrs. Polakova accepted me into her…
