10.03.2024 The dentist on duty, Dr. Kurkotović, was to be commended. A 3.5-year-old child had a toothache and was crying terribly, and he managed to calm him down and examine him with such professionalism that I am truly grateful to him.

Although there is an appointment on the 6th/24th on the HZZO waiting list, an abdominal ultrasound cannot be ordered except on foot. 30 minutes of driving one way to be told that Runjaninova appointments are booked until 2nd/2025 and that they have ultrasounds at 3 other locations. I guess I have to travel to each one in person, by the time I visit them all, the appointments will be gone. The lady…

Extremely unpleasant experience, I came to the emergency dentist with a toothache, I didn't even get to the doctor because the doorman kicked me out, I begged him to let me in because I was in pain, he just started laughing. I hope his children were in pain so much that they kicked them out. And he's in pain, I hope he dies.

A multitude of facilities where almost anything can be done. It's practically impossible to get an appointment with a physiatrist.

Today's first experience at the dentist's emergency room. Very pleasant doctor and medical brother, everything goes as fast as possible. Very kind doctor, approachable, explained everything in detail, gave instructions for further action.

It's a shame they don't have a dentist on the night shift.

Went to the Lab today! Crowds of people without masks. Coughing. No organization. Horror!

A neat health center with excellent doctors. The interior is regularly maintained. There are no cameras to prevent individual patients from destroying the inventory and smoking in the hallways.

Very good and positive experience in the radiology department. They are well organized, kind, patient, professional. Thank you to Dr. Kristina Potočki, ing. med. rad. Andreja Biličić and all the staff.

We were here on 05.11.23 for an emergency dental appointment, and we would just like to praise all three employees because they are so kind, approachable, and caring beyond belief. We really have no comments on the "service" we received. Kudos!

Really a waste of time if you are looking for a general doctor and you don't speak English. The receptionist speaks only Croatian and does not like it when you ask questions in English as you get in the way of her crossword puzzle time. I would like to wholeheartedly praise Dr. Petra Pervan Svaguša, an extremely warm and friendly person, a very professional doctor. I haven't come across such a pleasant doctor, let alone a person, in a very long time. There is also the very kind and friendly nurse Maja. The former orthodontist and the nurse on the first floor are unprofessional, rude and slow. If the appointment is at 5:30 pm then I expect to be in line, not wait another hour and a half to two for my turn. They also never answer the phone. Terribly pathetic and miserable.

All 5 except for the dentists I came across. By the way, it's the former Health Center of INA Naftaplin (its employees), so you have everything in one place, from a doctor's office, a dentist, a blood test laboratory, and on the first floor there is Social Services.

Praise for Dr. med. dent. Anđelina Šekelja. Kind and empathetic towards patients.

I think it needs a bit of renovation in terms of fixing the lighting fixtures, refreshing the color. By the way, special praise to the blood collection workers!!! Fast, efficient, loving....in short, well organized!!!!

Called 27.1.23. from 15.36h-18.26h. I made 59 calls with no answer! It's a radiology clinic. The person on duty told me that they were very busy (or was it the person whose sole duty is to communicate with patients!?), and that I had to come to them for the number!!! So despite various possibilities, they are taking me back to the Middle Ages. UNBELIEVABLE WHAT A RUDENESS!!

Crowded every day. The air conditioning doesn't work even in the summer.
