I saw Dr. Olga. She had a tooth extracted, cleaned, and filled in one session. Everything was quick and high-quality. I was very pleased with everything and scheduled a follow-up appointment.
The clinic accepts foreign patients, but the dentist himself does not speak much English. They have English-speaking staff for interpretation during treatments. The doctor claims to speak little English but is fluent in Hungarian, German, Dutch, Russian, and other languages (if I understood him correctly). very friendly and attentive to the patient. I had an implant and two fillings, one of which was with a root canal, done at the clinic. Treatments seemed to go smoothly. The fillings had some complications later. I'm not sure if it was due to the procedure itself. I reported it to the clinic, and they reexamined the tooth upon my next visit. They attributed my pain episodes when biting on certain foods to height mismatches and adjusted the bite, but it did not solve the problem. I reported accordingly, and they adjusted the height again, saying that no issues are visible in the X-ray. Its effectiveness remains to be seen. The implant was placed without a problem. The long-term stability remains to be seen. One complaint about the clinic is the use of fragrances. They fill the hall and the waiting room with aromatic diffusers. Not only is the smell unpleasant for those who dislike fragrances (like me), but some VOCs released by these oils are harmful. Public awareness of endocrine disruptors and carcinogens in or derived from common fragrances is low, but I would expect a clinic to be aware and mindful of these potential health risks.

I worked at the Seksar Clinic from 2023 to 2024, and it's been about two years since then. It's important to understand that even with high-quality root canal fillings, changes can occur over time. Sometimes, the body forms cysts in the root area, which can become inflamed. This can lead to periodontitis. In such cases, various treatment options are available: sometimes the tooth can be saved by treating the periodontitis, but in other situations, unfortunately, extraction is necessary. I'd also like to point out that the Seksar Clinic operates at a high level. After root canal treatment, a control X-ray is always taken to check the quality of the filling. Moreover, not only the kind attitude but also the professionalism of Petr and the other doctors at the clinic, as well as recommendations from other friends, convinced me to get an implant here. The treatment took more than six months in total, as implants are not quick, but I am completely satisfied with the result! I went here for a panoramic x-ray and scaling, and the dental hygienist was extremely thorough. She also gave me a local anesthetic before the treatment, so it was completely painless.
